IZEA is now a publicly traded company. Seriously

I dunno if I would have been surprised if I would have woke up this morning with my head sown the the carpet. IZEA, the company that has canned more quality employees than Yahoo! in the last year, just announced they are now a publicly traded company. I used to have an advisory board seat on IZEA which came with shares in the company. When I resigned my seat I also gave up the shares of stock. I resigned because I was offered a board seat and equity in a company (ad.ly) which was in direct competition with sponsoredtweets.com. Big congrats to Ted Murphy. Not only is he the first person I have ever known to take a company public... but the first company to take a company public who likes to party as much as I do... Good on ya Ted. I look forward to all the parties with that influx of capital ;).
