Yesterday at the Affiliate Summit I debuted my newest product called Linkcontrol.

Thank you to everyone who attended it live.  I was really humbled to have so many people there for the launch.

I am headed home now… but will be posting the video soon.

  1. Congratulations on getting it to this point, all the buzz on Twitter and Facebook shows that people must have really loved your presentation. It will be interesting to see how Free SEO Report and Link Control end up working together in the future 😉

    1. Congratulations! Can’t wait to try it out…and you’ve been so quiet about it too 😉

    2. Interesting. This could help in maximizing both the marketing efforts and profits. How much is the sign-up fee?

      1. “…a recent survey of over 2,000 affiliates found that over 65% of them didn’t trust their affiliate network to keep accurate statistics…”

I believe that some affiliate networks do keep accurate statistics but keep the data to themselves.

    3. There’s really now way of knowing how the offer converts until you test it in different on different sites. I find that it time-consuming but necessary. Nice to know that there’s a tool like this that would make it convenient for me to find where to place an offer for maximum number of hits per month.

    4. I wonder how much the service is going to cost.
I hope shoemoney system members get special access.

  2. Congrats on the launch. I was there, and it was awesome. Unfortunately I had to dive out before the end missed out the opportunity to try the service.

Can I meet with you tomorrow for a short interview on your product and to receive an invite?

I flew all the way from the UK for this announcement!

  3. I still don´t get it completely, but if this is what I think it is, then it is going to change things in the affiliate market.
Can´t wait to see the video.

    1. I heard the launch was successful. Congratulations! I’m sure this is going to be another one of your successful ventures.

      1. I read about your ASW session at John Chow’s blog. Did you give away free accounts to the attendees?

  4. Good luck with the new product. I’m intrigued to know more about it. I’m going to assume it isn’t selling links?

    1. This looks promising. I hope you can write a follow-up post on this to explain some of the finer details. Kudos and more power to you!

    2. No. I don’t think it’s selling links. It’s more about maximizing it from what I understand from the video. Of course, I could be wrong.

  5. great a real bit.ly killer for affiliate marketing 🙂 .. I hope you will provide an API one day !! simple service but very useful… cannot wait to test the whole redirect from one link …

  6. I’ve been checking out regularly since I saw your video talking about something you’ll launch in affiliates summit. I even added a note in my reminderfox to make sure I check out your blog at this date after the summit. I’ll see if I’m interested or not.

    1. I’m just starting out as an affiliate. I think that this would really be a handy tool to have to make sense of my campaigns and making sure that I get the most out of the links I put out there.

    2. I’d like to know more about this, too. Hope you can share more of your thoughts on this, Jeremy.

  7. Wow! Great minds think alike! Look forward to chatting sometime in the near future, whenever we cross paths. This is literally the exact feature set of a service I just built for my private use under the name “Traffic Wave” in addition to my http://llinks.net short url service. Link Control sounds way better, haha.

Geo-location, split-testing, referral blanking (I’m assuming? Haven’t checked the actual service yet), and a few other fun features… why hasn’t there been a short URL service like this for years, right?

  8. I once launched a product that I knew would sell judging from the initial reviews. I was surprised then when it wasn’t making money. The landing page seems to be okay and I used highly-targeted keywords. It was only after I moved some links that I finally started seeing the conversions I expected.

    1. Setting up the landing page alone takes time and resources so I’m all for anything that would help make sure that all the efforts poured into it are not wasted. This could be a useful tool in testing and maximizing it depending on the type of traffic.

  9. So this is what’s behind all the secrecy. I’ve been curious as to what kind of service you’ll be rolling out. This is definitely a must-try for affiliates. Thanks for the heads-up!

  10. Amazing looking service and extremely well thought out. I also loved the preview video, very well put together (good narrating / very good visuals).

@Shoemoney: Do you ever release stats on how much your startup companies cost to develop and/or their revenue? Would be interesting to see, although of course depends on how worried you are about competition.

  11. Will it still provide affiliates with relevant data even as it automatically directs offers to the highest paying offer?

  12. I am really interested in this new product of yours, i think its super important and hopefully it will give more power to affiliate marketers. One question, i checked out your signup page for link control, but i need an invitation code, how do i get one of those?

  13. The product looks awesome. I was at the show and, even though I didn’t understand a lot of the technical mumbo jumbo, I got what it does in a broad sense. The interface looked intuitive and I will definitely be using this tool in the coming months. Thanks for giving us lifetime accounts, of course in exchange you get lifetime testers! I got some great pictures too!

  14. Seems like you have not paid you Amazon S3 account or else you moved the videos on the Linkcontrol site.

They are not showing up anymore 🙁

    1. Hi Clive… Can you post some of the links that are not showing up? I was not able to find any
