Judge Says DMCA Holds Water in Viacom Suit

Huge (and final) update on the landmark setting case I have talked a lot about where Viacom was suing YouTube for over 1 billion dollars. The judge yesterday threw out the case saying that YouTube was operating under DMCA rules. (even though there were internal emails that showed the founders knew there was copyrighted content). Very interesting....
