45. One thing I have actually noticed is the fact that there are plenty of common myths regarding the financial institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosed. One myth in particular is the bank needs to have your house. The lender wants your hard earned cash, not your own home. They want the funds they loaned you together with interest. Keeping away from the bank will undoubtedly draw some sort of foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your publication.
