Fortigate Firewall from fortiwall.com

We have been looking at getting a new firewall/security appliance and this fortigate 200a from fortiwall.com looks promising and seems to have great reviews .... but.... nobody answers there phone from the number listed on there website and I have left 2 messages. Perhaps someone can make another recommendation ? nm they called 20 mins after posting this... someone who reads has connections there. Massive hookup. =P
