Did you know you can get shoemoney blog posts through email? Its really easy just click this link put in your email confirm it and whola. Now you just get a email with the posts and if something intrests you come and visit us.

This is a perfect solution for my family members and friends who love my blog but dont have time to surf and not a clue about RSS.

I am working on having a contest for RSS and Email subscribers soon… Course being a cheapass I am hoping a company will donate the prize for some exposure 😉 I havent even really approached a company yet about it but probably will at affilaite summit. I would like to giveaway some iphones or some other cool stuff like that.

  1. Can you tell us how you make contests through RSS? I am interested in started one for my blog as well.

  2. I know you don’t like being corrected with regards to your spelling, but please write “voilà” in the future and not “whola”. The first one is French, the latter is… I don’t know? 😉

  3. sounds like a cool deal man. But to me and for me Iphone is over hyped for “real” workers but for those that want the latest techie gadget it rocks.

  4. I think it’s a good idea putting an option for email subscribers for the internet handicapped such as myself.

I signed up to a few blogs through RSS feeds because they don’t have an email option. Now I don’t have any clue where to find their new posts and I’m too lazy to figure it out.

  5. I can actually schedule at what time it goes out. I think I have it scheduled for night.

  6. You should give a one on one hour long session with you as a prize away. By either phone or skype, to ask about anything related to online business.

    That would work.

  7. good job. I heard at&t’s network is overwhelmed so people can’t activate their $700 paperweights.

  8. I use Attensa to get my RSS feeds through Outlook and it’s awesome! I have about 50 feeds going to it now. It helps me keep track of a lot of great blogs all at once. Check it out: http://www.attensa.com

  9. How would you prove that people signed up for the feed through feedburner? As someone who owns the feed, do you have access to the email addresses of those who signed up?

I’ve been using feedblitz and they actually allow you to dump email addresses in there..or you can download all of the people who have signed up so far. I’m actually going to test feedburner versus feedblitz on the same site…and see which one the users prefer.

As for the contest, I’d be glad to donat a year of web hosting if that’s possible. Have you decided to have multiple prizes or just one from a sponsor?

  10. Of course it is. but who says their’s gonna be a iphone as a contest prize?

  11. Are there really still that many people who prefer e-mail over RSS? I’m amazed… I hardly read e-mail lists any more, feeds are so much more comfortable…

  12. I’d take a Treo! Well, I’d take just about anything over my current PDA/Cell.

  13. At least you can still listen to music and flip through your photos while your waiting
