I am just about to get on a plane to go home from Minneapolis where I have been helping dillsmack setup our new AuctionAds datasupercenter. It was a bit painful at times but as we approach 10k users it was a must have upgrade.
Next week I will be at SES NYC from Tuesday until Saturday. I will be giving a presentation titled Contextual Advertising – An alternative view. I have not gotten permission to video tape this one so unless I get explicit permission I will not be having it online like the one I did in Chicago. This panel also has people from both Yahoo and Google as well as the Queen of Contextual Advertising herself Jen Slegg
Also @ SES NYC we will have ultra badass AuctionAds shirts that will be at the Text-Link-Ads booth and only given to those who ask 😉 I expect them to go pretty fast.
Later in April I will be headed to Ad:tech San Francisco where I will primarily be promoting AuctionAds.
Have a safe trip. Any chance you could have a competition on the blog for an Auction Ads tees.
Wow, sounds like a busy year planned for you. Be sure to keep an eye on the kid before you know it they are all grown up 🙂
Just out of curiosity.. what do the Auction Ads T shirts look like? Any pictures? 🙂
Shoe, will you be at Defcon this summer!??
Is that why auctionads site isn’t working
I am not sure about defcon. Sadly I might have to nix it this year.
the site is actually running to fast for some computers to handle…
haha wtf are you talking about willis =P
They’re compressed T’s in the shape of an auctioneer’s hammer.
So are there girlie shirts 😉
Happy Easter and good luck w/ all of your engagements!
I imagine they’re much like the logo at auctionads.com
Busy busy shoe!
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at http://www.auctionads.com.
lol maybe it’s just me ?
Oh no..
More T Shirts ??
Shoe, you’re a stinkin tease !
Can I have one pretty please ?? 😉
You should seriously make a seperate blog for all your t-shirts and freebies. Now get on with nice posts about how to make money online!
You should run a little contest over here with AuctionAds t-shirts as prizes.
The hardest part is seperating the linkbait from the snarfbait 🙂
Speaking of gone today gone tomorrow, I was listening to his podcast and Shoe mentioned the rich jerk and his AS advertising so I decided to do a search on G for Shoemoney to take a look.. Nothin from the poor jerk, but noticed G had hoovered his April fools page.. its gone now, but it was funny at the time.. seems gbot doesn’t care for cookies 😉
Shoe? My man! no pics of what a datasupercenter looks like?
and here I’m thinking my 2 dedicated boxes are 133t.
Keep Pluggin away man and travel safe. I know all your ventures are taking off!
10,000 clients thats awesome I’m working on getting at least 2 clients a month for my consulting and you’ve got 10,000 wowzers
Trust me I know how that is, our company started out small but as we grow with more clients its always nice but rough to do the expansions!
I guess its just you =( each day we are setting record new amounts of traffic. btw it should resolve to 216.250.177.230
Hey Jeremy, any chance of getting me a t-shirt???
Wow. That’s a lot of clients. Congrats. And good luck!
I want one. The self-proclaimed t-shirt whore is finally returning the favor.
Have fun, and be safe.
check the url you typed.
They’re hand written t-shirts with the url scrawled across them. 😉
Only to those that ask? are you trying to place a barometer on your marketing? That’s a nifty way to do it – as long as people ask for them 🙂
have a fun time wish i could be there!
10k – that’s not so bad. 😉
At one stage, a site I was working for (not as a tech) was running a 20,000 person database off ACCESS! Surprised it was functional as long as it was.
We moved over to MySQL at that point.
I’m guessing this one wasn’t taped?
