UPDATE: I rewrote the display code to use AJAX instead of iframes and it looks much better now 😉

I bought one of those neat isight thingies from apple and wrote a little application to send a image every second to my webserver. My first application in cocoa I might add!

Perhaps I should hit up the Big Nerd Ranch to attend there Cocoa Programing class to learn how to do some more advanced stuff.

Every once in a while you might see a broken image but it should be pretty rare… I am working on a check for that 😉

  1. before I read your entry, my eyes tracked to the image. It scared the crap out of me when I first saw sexy shoemoney looking at the side, and then looking right at me.

awesome stuff, but the refresh resets my scroll to the top

  2. good things. now we just need higher res so we can see what’s on the screen in the reflection on those glasses 😉

  3. I see my browser requesting new data every second, but I don’t see the image changing at all. All I see is a serious picture of shoemoney in deep contemplation over whether or not to click the IWIN button for the latest SEO contest.

  4. I thought he was wondering if he really could “Win a New iPod” just by clicking “here”.

  5. Whoa, and I thought my head was shiny. Now all you need is another camera showing a live picture of the camera that is taking the picture of you.

  6. All we need now is a Ventrilo/TeamSpeak server and a webpage for everyone who’s got a cam and we have a video conference 😉
