Make Money With Glenn Beck (no really)

by Jeremy Schoemaker on October 4, 2012 · 20 comments

This morning I was surfing around the web and came across and article on Glenn Beck’s website.

I lol’d at the work from home ad.  I thought it was a crafty marketer just buying inventory.  And smart they would be.

After doing a little bit more research on the free trial + shipping offer (rebill) it looks like Glenn is just a paid spokes person.

.

I bet this is converting like wildfire… think of targeting people on Facebook who like Glenn Beck.  Or even conservative .

Money!

4 Edison

Wow… Glenn Beck that is impressive

5 Henry

Haha love Glenn’s story about how incomeathome helped Annie… very short and to the point

6 Rickie

So is he just the spokesperson or is he endorsing it?

7 Harry

I am not a fan of the banner ad though…. it looks really cheesy kinda photoshopped

Incomeathome.com is all over talk radio, specifically Sean Hannity.

I’ve always been curious how well radio ads can do. I read an article awhile back about a mortgage guy that paid WLS (extremely $5,000 an episode to do a “mortgage talk” radio show for an hour every saturday morning.

I don’t know. $5K doesn’t seem like that much for an hour long radio show on the top 3 radio stations in the country.

Who is Glenn Beck?

Exactly my point, but he is a radio host.

And why do all your comments start with a message from Steve smith saying “yawn” — when there is a minimum message length on your comments. Why would you have a bot doing this?

14 Jeremy Schoemaker

There is actually a LOT of value in having a bot do that… WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?

Doesn’t he do cash for gold too? Or maybe that’s Rush.

I can be a spokesperson for an ad too!!! I can stand with my hands in my pocket, I can smile (or smurk) let the bidding start…….. and I’m prettier then Gl…, I’m sorry, I can’t even type his name. ick poo

I started to really hate this advertisement on the radio, but then I realized that each time I hear it, I start to pick it apart and realize what the “sell” is about. I would think this is converting like hot cakes as well.

I hate that I feel like I would know better than trying to sell systems like this these days.

Poor banner ad clickers are still out there….

I don’t know who Glenn Beck is. However, the image and the name provided do add a bit to the credibility and branding of the product. Just like what most professional bloggers do when they want to increase trust and interaction with their audience and readers.
