This years AzoogleAds (Epic Direct) annual PlayBoy mansion party was up yet another level. They changed it up a bit and threw a daytime BBQ instead of the normal night party.

The “Saturday Day BBQ at Hef’s” event this year was pretty awesome. Great food, awesome music and atmosphere… and of course the nakid bunnies running around.

A nice surprise was that Hef came out and make an appearance. From what we were told this was the first time he had come out at a event since he was left at the alter last month.

What was even cooler is his new girlfriend, Shera Bechard, hung out with us the whole day! It was a bit surreal being I just saw her on CNN the night before.

Unfortunately I could not partake in a lot of the events cause of my torn up knee (hey only 4 weeks left until I can put weight on it).

Shera had some good advice on rehab. I guess she had dated some pro athletes and nursed them back to health. She was not interested in coming back with me to Lincoln Nebraska to help with my rehab but she gave me some solid advice:

In this industry there are a few companies who throw parties that people remember the rest of their lives. This was one of them.
