This is the 3rd time I have mentioned Guy Kawasaki’s book Enchantment. As a marketer you have to pick up this book.
For those who don’t have it you are really missing out.
I have never came across a book that teaches you how to put you in the best mindset of your customers, employees, investors and others from countless examples.
It’s one of those books that has made me make a lot of changes in my approach… and it’s giving fantastic results.
I have not been a huge fan of Guy’s other books… but this one is fantastic.

Ehh, maybe I will check it out. Overall, I find Guy’s smarter-than-thou smug attitude a real turn off. Hard to take him seriously b/c he obviously takes himself WAY too seriously.
Thanks. Just ordered.
Always be very wary of marketers selling marketing books…..
A case in point right here?
Damn, even Richard Branson (a VERY smart businessman) backed him up. And he doesn’t just get on anyone’s side.
I think I will become a great follower.Just want to say your article is striking. The clarity in your post is simply striking and i can take for granted you are an expert on this subject.
