I could pick a few training tricks for my Red carver pitbull from their site.

My neighbour has one. The dog looks friendly and tame. They even have a cat in their house and both pets are getting along fine.

You better talk to those people and you will get the clear idea about it.

I’ve read that pitbulls used to be called “the nanny breed” in the early and mid 1900′s because of their excellent disposition towards children. But their dog-fighting reputation seems to scare most people.

Nice shirt! Sounds like a pit bull would make an interesting pet.

Do pitbulls make good pets for kids? My son’s been hinting that he’d want a dog for a pet. I’m not sure yet what kind I should get him.

Dogs make great pets. And I don’t think there’s any type who can’t be dangerous if not properly cared for. Any dog would make a wonderful companion if given enough care, training, and socialization.

Pit bulls are cool. We had one for years and never had any problem with him. Scared most of the guests though. It’s a shame that many think they’re dangerous when they’re actually quite nice to have.

Like other dogs, they’re loyal, good-natured, and affectionate. But some cities either regulate or don’t allow ownership.

One of the most misunderstood breeds.

Pit Bull ownership is not for everyone though. You’ll have to take the time to care, train and exercise them. With proper supervision, however, they make excellent pets.
