I like the videos. I had no idea about the Youtube channel. I’ll take any opportunity for more tips. Also, appreciate a variety of ways in relaying the message. Thanks Jeremy!
LOL, the info product namer idea is great. I made this because of it:
http://infoproductnamer.com
Sorry not about this video — what do you think of the new iphone?
I think it looks amazing… what else lol ?
LOL – Come on, full blog post please
(I don’t know why i care what you think – but i do!)
p.s – i will watch the video asap.
Great stuff Shoe and I agree on the value part. BTW what’s your friend called?
Jared Pardee
He is a successful internet marketer, and works with Shoe on special projects.
Please stick to writing blog posts Shoemoney, this was painful to watch!
Thank god, a voice of reason!
I actually enjoy the video style, you see a lot more of the real and down to earth Jeremy.
Agree – the professional videos are nice, but when it’s a relaxed setting like this and your last video in your Hummer, I like this style much better!
Keeping relaxed videos shorter helps I think. Maybe I just like short videos though.
Hey Jeremy – You run with a rough crowd here.
I always appreciate your videos. I just think that 20+ minutes unformatted is too hard to sit through. For what it’s worth, I would prefer to see this broken into segments. I just can’t sit through more than 5 minutes like this. That said, I did watch your whole video. It was worth picking up a few pointers. I just had to do it in 5 minutes spurts. Hope that helps!
…hehe, awesome, i am sure you made some friends in the “industry” making fun of their titles
I first learned about Frank Kern through you too, if I recall correctly. Great to know that other people have made that same connection, and have rightfully thanked you for it! I was fortunate because of what I learned from Frank too. Not $60,000 fortunate, but I had a decent run!
I found out about the guy here too. He sounds like someone you’d really take something away from, once you got a chance to “learn at his knee” so to speak.
time for a networking 101 Blueprint product LOL
“Hi I got traffic explosion in your mouth ”
If I every meet you in person thats the first thing Ian going to say to you. :0
Frank Kern is awesome and sends me e-mails teaching me to be the next Millionaire.
Shoemoney Story day becomes a REALITY! BEST news of the day!!!
Traffic Shizzle… SEO Ejaculation… Secrets… Voodoo… Pretty funny. This is a bit too long for me though. Love the videos, but suggest making them shorter. I played the video in the background as I was working. I hit the overload mark at about 10 minutes.
My biggest takeaway from this video is the interesting discussion on “Association” with winners. In the middle of the video, Shoe tells a story associating himself with other big name brands, as an illustration of the example. Think of the Oprah effect.
What i got out of this:
1) sell value, not a product – sometimes people are always pitching and trying to hard to sell something when all you have to do is portray some value and the sales will come.
2) Offer to help others before asking for help. Often times you will get to where you want to go simply by offering a helping hand to those who need it. This happened with me and my business on numerous occassions.
Nice tips on how to do business with you.
At last…. We know what happens to all the free tshirts you get. The Secrets of Free Shirt Friday revealed!
This has nothing to do with anything, but I wish you would launch a Shoemoney dating service. I am out in CA, and I love tech guys. They are just hard to meet. Most of them aren’t very social. But you seem fun, and you seem to like bringing people and ideas together. Why not bring people together too? Nerds need love too.
Hey, I’d go for that. Tack a spiffy name to it, put Shoe’s marketing expertise to work, and it’ll be bigger than Facebook.
I found this very painful to watch. I did like the nice tips though.
I dig the video I vote yes for story Tuesdays
My favorite part was how you made fun of the people with their ridiculous product names.
Side note: What was the 4 list Frank Kern thing you were talking about? I don’t think you ever said the specific name but I’m curious what it was you were talking about.
Hey Shoe,
I am ‘the guy’ that talked to you about LOST > Tru Blood > Dexter > Oz > etc.
I just want to clarify the record
As I recall (through my slight haze of Jack Daniels) we never actually talked about what I do. In fact, I never even introduced myself. Now THAT is great marketing!
After I left, I was like crap I never even introduced myself now I am going to the ‘The Lost Guy’. And so it has come to pass. Anyway, please consider this a belated intro.
So I’ve got this new product coming out…
‘The Insider Traffic Annihilator Method Exposed w/Special Underground SEO Sauce’
We should totally talk…
Very entertaining haha. Nice list of product names, I can’t believe they actually sell. Sucks that frank is leaving the scene.
Can’t wait til the next story drops!
Another True Blood Fan. I love it.
Great video. This is what your videos should be. No set script.
By the way, I am launching “customer eruption” next week and was hoping that you…..
With thanks for that post, I’m keen this publish.
Hi Shoe,
I did not watch the video and you have never heard of me….BUT can you help me promote my super duper mlm forex tupperware passion parties?
I am joking (in case the sarcasm did not come through in my writing). Keith Ferrazzi has some good points on his blog about this.
Two lifelong skills anyone should constantly try to master and improve:
1. How to sell/market
2. How to network
Traffic Explosion in your mouth, LOL. Where do you come up with this?
I think the new fad marketing program is:
Wealth Extending Tactics For Asset Rocketing Techniques…….
Agreed. Stick to blog posts. You write well, but your “video story telling” seems very forced and unnatural, almost something from The Office tv show.
SEO Ejaculation had me crackin up.
I like the video posts but i think they should probably be shorter. I started out pretty interested but started losing focus towards the end and ended up stopping it before it was over.
But overall i like the video posts
Nice video. I did start to lose focus a little further in the video as I was constantly interrupted by people in my household.
Shoe, I was already hooked the moment I saw the Shoemoney Stories title sequence. Glad you’re making this a permanent segment of your blog.
The only qualm I have about this is the length. Make it shorter next time, will you?
I so love the character of Anna Paquin in True Blood. Thanks for telling me that my real life heroes also like my favorite TV series.
Crisp, smooth, light. That’s Shoemoney stories for you. Keep them coming!
Easy to digest like True Blood! Kudos, Frank and Shoe.
Your cockiness has reached a whole new higher level, Shoe.
I am expecting another installment of this next week, alright?
Where do you get your ideas for taglines, Jeremy? They sound so unique…and cocky. LOL!
Your ideas for taglines are just hilarious!
I just can’t stop laughing when Frank gestured he didn’t regularly read Shoe’s blog. WIN!
My most favorite quote in True Blood? “There is nothing more natural than the act of making love. Who am I to try to change what comes naturally to you?” By the way, this is Bill talking to Sookie.
I can’t believe people would actually want to watch this crap. LMAO
What do you mean? True Blood or Shoemoney Stories? Ha!
you know what hooked me to true blood? when sookie stackhouse said this: “i almost died last night…again!”
Frank’s center of discussion involved the Golden Rule and I like that. Glad to know there are people like him in the ranks of top web marketing strategists.
Some products may have crappy names but most of them sell like hotcakes. A bit envious, Shoe?
Hey! You’re either on the dark side or you’re on the side of the light! Hee hee!
Can’t help but notice Shoe’s uneasiness.
He’s afraid Frank will steal all of the limelight LOL
That’s right. Absolutely right. Offering help before asking for help is the right way to go.
Why so serious about a video featuring Shoe? Here’s a link to one of the funniest articles I have read today: http://www.cnngo.com/singapore/apple-iphone-4-keynote-you-did-not-see-026306
Because it is SERIOUSLY boring…
I am so happy the culture of sowing good to reap good is still alive, even in web marketing terms. Nonetheless, those product names suck, Shoe. Next week, another video, okay?
As long as Shoe is providing free, useful and relevant advice, I will be his avid fan. More free stuff to go!
Make it a bit shorter next time, buddy. Still, this is a treasure trove of useful advice.
The new trend when it comes to web videos is posting them in 2-3 minute segments. But 20? I love your advice, Jeremy, but this thing is ridiculous.
It’s 20 minutes of pure, hardcore web marketing strategy. If you can’t understand that you can always switch to a crappy blog. Get it?
You are not a storyteller, Shoe. You’re a writer. Stick to writing. Your blog’s better that way.
Aww…don’t be too hard on him. He may be cocky but he’s got the stuff we need.
Now this is something I will definitely agree to.
Get off Shoe’s nuts. It’s his own damn blog – he can post whatever the hell he wants on it. Don’t see you adding any value here. Think about it before airing your foolishness.
Quite a bit lengthy but filled with the necessary components of being a true internet marketing specialist. I am hoping we could catch one again next week!
I grew up loving long play records and big band orchestras. Just like them, this video is purely divine. Get no stone upturned, Shoe!
Where do you get your ideas for your taglines, Shoe?
Another True Blood fan? That series sucks! Nothing beats The Sopranos.
Is this the start of a newer, more interactive Shoemoney blog format? (applause)
Insert some live chat widget and we’re talking business! LOL
Do you pride yourself on being an underachiever? Does everyone tell you to get off your butt and work more or you’ll never amount to anything? This is what I’ve learned from Frank Kern!
Why pay for intelligent web advice when you can get the free at Shoe’s? We’ll expect some more entries, buddy!
The originator of the *get-rich-the-lazy-way system* is a person I’d like to stalk! LOL! Thanks, Frank and Shoe.
I loved it when Frank said “if you’re gut is telling you to do it, do it.” Simply priceless. And all I want is to watch this video over and over again.
I am so looking forward for the next video post! Two thumbs up!
Me, too! How about integrating a bit of Frank’s “Mass Control” into your discussion, Shoe? That would be very interesting.
Here’s the link. http://masscontrolsite.com/blog/ I dunno if he’s still updating it but the thing is, he exposes some of his secrets here, too.
Kern is living proof that there is money to be made with minimal effort, if you know the right way to do it. Properly executing your niche website business might just rescue you from having to work hard to get ahead!
Sell something to people that will make them happy. To top it all off, sell them something that will make them even happier to seal the deal. Nice advice. Love the rugged look, too.
Frank is perhaps the best person to consult when it comes to direct-response marketing.
I believe he was inspired at a young age by his grandfather, as well. His grandfather built his own business without much education or financial backing, so Frank knew that it was possible to accomplish such a feat with good customer service and integrity.
Most self-made people I know are usually outgoing. It’s so refreshing to hear people who know him call Frank Kern shy and reserved. It inspires me to know that you don’t have to be born that way to become a succesful internet marketer.
Agreed! I think he also has some other influences. Jonathan Mizel, Dan Kennedy and Jeff Paul, perhaps.
Good client relationship: the way to great business. Simply elaborate! Win!
This is just one of the reasons why I monitor Shoe’s blog. You can’t get this super info from any other resource. Jeremy, you can win them over with more videos like this!
Shoe, this video is the epitome of Ikebana: simple, minimalistic, excellent. You are the best in the business. I am ready to watch more.
I just LOL’d on the weird product names you provided, Jeremy. I just don’t have an idea why people still patronize them.
If learning was this simple while I was still in college, I’d be pursuing for graduate studies. Thanks very much, Shoe! The blog was in itself cool but integrating a regular video output is just pure win.
Woohoo! Another great post! Keep it up, buddy! (insert thundering applause here)
Watching this is just like sipping my post-dinner martini: crisp, clean and very satisfying. This is another success on your part.
You really are a pioneer — and a master — in the web marketing field. Hurray for Shoe!
You can compile all of your helpful videos one day, Shoe. And then release them as an internet marketing strategy guide. I am sure it will be a blast.
You have the gift of making web marketing a success a doable thing, even for newbies like me. Keep the articles and videos coming, Jeremy!
Shoe, your skills to pay the bills is just too awesome. And then you make an even more awesome video. I am excited just thinking about what you’ll do next.
Jeremy is one of the forerunners of web marketing and I am his avid fan. Go, go, Shoe!
I love the video because you can see how down to earth Jeremy is. Now that is something to watch.
Jeremy is not your run-of-the-mill web marketer. He’s Cool with a capital C. Superb job!
Shoe is just rocking! This video is a legit proof. You rock, brother!
Just a teaser, I suppose. Jeremy has a lot of cool stuff in his sleeve. I just know it.
Two thumbs up! Just the material I need to enrich my web marketing skills to an even higher level.
Jeremy is the best web marketing tactician there is. This gem of a video is magnificent addition to my how-to manuals to survive the web. Props!
Looks like we have another 5-star post here!
You said it, pal! The Frank Kern and The Shoe has and will still take over web marketing by storm. Just super.
Generals Kern and Schoemaker are waging war against web marketing ignorance. Glad I’m on your army, guys! Full speed ahead!
This video is pure, hardcore genius! I love it!
Your post is just like my mother’s apple pie…super satisfying! Thanks, Shoe and Frank.
Very well said. I love apple pie and I love Shoe’s blog!
Am I dreaming or did my two web marketing superheroes just make a superb video?
Same sentiments here. This is truly a grandiose collaboration between two of today’s Internet marketing idols.
Nice, Shoe and Frank! Reading your blog everyday is an awesome experience!
20 minutes of genius. 20 minutes of fun. 20 minutes of inspiration for us newbies. Kudos!
You are number 1 here in Ohio, Shoe! I know you’re the best!
Shoe, I can’t think of anything to say but KEEP THOSE VIDEOS COMING!
knowledge. inspiration. progress. super post.
Very nice!
Do you have another synonym for “super awesome,” Shoe? Because that will describe this video.
I like the term SEO Ejaculation
……your Youtube channel should be exciting
Subscribed! Being new to all this, I really try to get all the relevant information I can, and I love learning through videos. It’s very generous of you guys to record this conversation for the rest of us. Thanks!
I didn’t know you could upload a whole 23 minutes worth of video on YouTube. I thought ten was the limit. Shows how much I know. But great video, Shoe. Really insightful.
“SEO Ejaculation” made me LOL so much my wife looked in on me to find out what was happening. But sometimes it’s true, right? Put a fancy or controversial label on something and people will buy it.
I subscribed to your YouTube channel immediately after I discovered you on Twitter a couple of months before and I was slightly suprised that you didn’t have much content up. Glad to see you’re boosting your vid presence with a vengeance. I’m now off to watch the new vids!
Love the videos so far – I’m suspecting they’re more effective than the blog. Not only do they allow people to connect with you more as a person, but they allow us to look away sometimes and still have us learn. Good for people like me with adult ADD (non-diagnosed, you know?). I like to be able to pet my cat and still have Shoemoney wisdom continously playing in the background.
You mean you don’t put a lot of effort into the vids? I thought you really did a lot of production work on these things – I mean, I can’t believe you get this in one take. Shows that you really know your stuff, Big J.
Frank Kern’s socially awkward? That’s so cool. You’d think that he’s so charming and outspoken. That’s some really cool insight for people like me, who aren’t exactly the best public speakers, exactly. There is hope!
Where are you speaking next month, Shoe? Haven’t been able to keep tabs on where you’re promoting your marketing techniques recently. Wish I could catch your next speech.
This is really interesting. Do your friends know you’re talking about them on your vlog? I bet there’ll be a lot of links going out from this one….
Sounds like you and your friend had a great time at the Frank Kern event. Wish I had been able to go. It seems that I miss a lot of good events and go to the crappy ones. Boo!
I hope you won’t mind a bit of unsolicited advice, Shoe. This is a bit long and rambly, don’t you think? If you’ll be doing the whole vlog concept, maybe you should chop up the videos into smaller segments. It wouldn’t hurt to make the segments revolve around single topics, either.
This will be more beneficial for your viewers and the short, information-packed videos will encourage even more people to subscribe to your channel.
Will videos be part of the Shoemoney blog from now on? Like, a regular thing like Free Shirt Friday? Cool.
Frank is too ‘guru’ for me personally
This video is pure, hardcore genius! I love it!
thanks for sharing . i love it .
There is nothing new in IM. It is just a case of repackaging the same old stuff that always worked and giving it an exciting new name.
And if you are Frank Kern, charging mega bucks for it. He keeps getting away with it though.
The video is very cool. I like the content
Frank Kern has great stuff but charges a pretty penny!
Blogs RSS feed not work in my browser (google chrome) how can I mend it?
SEOejaculation, haha, that’s funny, I bought a while back SEOshit!
I made this because of this video:
http://infoproductnamer.com
Jeremy good stuff- You indirectly covered some key areas of influence that works well in marketing covered by Robert Calidini.
#1 – Expert Influence: when you don’t have an authority reputation, borrow it through association .
#2 Commonality: One guy was able to use their common interest in the show “Lost” as a conversation starter to then have Jeremy want to mentor the person. Very cool. Especially when you see that Jeremy enjoyed the conversation, Thats how you want everyone you meet to feel after you leave.
p.s. Nice to have a co-host to banter with during the video. wtg Pardee
Thanks for the article.Good contribution.
There is obviously a bundle to realize about this. I consider you made certain good points in features also.
i have a new earn money system .

Wonderful beat ! I wish to apprentice whilst you amend your web site, how could i subscribe for a weblog site? The account aided me a appropriate deal. I were tiny bit familiar of this your broadcast offered brilliant transparent idea
I think I will become a great follower.Just want to say your article is striking. The clarity in your post is simply striking and i can take for granted you are an expert on this subject.
