Very good points. I get so many emails a day giving something away which most of it is junk. I have used another email address I to check for things that might look good. If not, that email just becomes a collection pool. I’ve never tried the trick you mention. Great idea!
You’re right, the things that Andy and Frank have given away are more valuable than some of the stuff people have paid hundreds.

I just wanted to comment on the Marketplace listings from what we have experienced here as a service provider as well as a purchaser.
As a service provider of wholesaling links to other seo/marketing firms and website owners the marketplace here has been a powerful tool for recruiting new clients and cutomers.
Out of the 20-25 different advertising meduims we are currently using for our expansion, Shoemoney’s Marketplace is one of our top five for highest % of ROI. If you are a company that offers products or services of TRUE VALUE for a reasonable price I would highly recommend placing an ad and giving it a try.
As far as purchasing from other vendors here goes, in the last few months we have used a few different service providers. All were professional and delived as advertised in a timely manner.
Overall, the marketplace has been a great resource for our company and we look forward to becoming a larger sponsor in the near future of this site.
