$200 a month?

What a shame… I wish you the best of luck (sincerely).

I thought if anyone had their finger on the pulse of this industry, it was you Jeremy. Sub $50 and you would have made Internet history.

A lot of people will have been relying on you as their last hope for a “real” MMO system, but at that price, well, a massive opportunity missed for both you and the hopeful.

Just my 2 cents.

Short post I have ever seen, but does it really need an introduction with the amount it is getting plugged by bloggers?

I’m kind of disappointed that I can’t view content on my iPhone (it be great if you optimized the site to). Other than that, I can’t wait to start making money with you!!! :)

that’s awesome congrats Shoe hopefully you will do a post talking about the response. I’m curious how quickly the 500 spots will fill?

I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened tonight.

I saw it, I was REALLY excited to try it out but your $197 price tag on it per month is a bit steep. You say that if you can only afford one thing that you should invest in the ShoeMoney system but people in financial binds probably don’t have an extra $197 lying around. I know currently I don’t (once I start getting my pay checks from my adnetworks I will)

Now I’m not trying to be an ass, I think that it’s probably worth every penny with your support. However I think it might be a decent idea to release a version of the ShoeMoney System that doesn’t have your support and is just something that sets you on your own, however you keep the $2,500 in free advertising (since it’d be useful learning everything) and just charge maybe $50 a month.

Sorry I was planning on something that would be $20 a month and then to see $197 a month was a huge shock and while I’m not upset about not being able to take part in it, I think it could have helped me out. However investing $197 is a steep investment when I am already doing pretty decent for just starting out.

I am very disappointed paypal wasn’t an accepted option of payment. I waited an entire day (yes literally) and caught up exactly 1 minute before the official offering (yeah, I know that the offer was put there 1 minute before and then taken down for several seconds and then put again) and was devastated to see there’s no paypal option

:(

I also found out the same thing the hard way. I had to run out and put money on my credit card to make this happen. Would’ve really preferred PayPal but what can you do?

Reply

17 Tory January 26, 2010 at 7:54 pm

Paypal doesn’t have to be an option to use paypal to pay for something. All you have to do is log into your paypal account, click on the paypal plugin link to the right of the screen of your account dashboard, then click on “generate secure card” and it will create a credit card number for you to use to order the shoemoney system. It will just take the money out of your paypal account.

This is going to change the game on learning how to make money online.

It’s going to raise the bar to a whole new level.

I was going to sign up, but noticed that it’s $197 per month (not just a one time payment), or almost $2400 a year.

I was looking forward to the Shoemoney system but the price was too much for me, $200 a month is a lot of money for me right now. I realize Jeremy is doing this to make money but a lot of people who could use it during this tough economic time won’t have the funds to take advantage.

Reply

28 George Warren January 27, 2010 at 3:07 pm

Dave, $200 is certainly way too much for me and normally I wouldnt even consider doing this. Maybe at $20 a month but not $200. I cannot afford it, but at the same time im hoping that I cant afford not too. Jeremy is offering a money back guarantee up to 60 days and im hoping by the 60th day I have learned enough to make this system worthwhile and it will be paying for itself and let me last all 12 months. I believe it will though. Jeremy seems like a quality guy!

I signed up. It was weird. I thought it would go live at 3:00pm EST but it was later. No matter. I was pumped and just kept at it until the website let me in.

I’m completely new at this. I’m only slightly ahead of Jennifer (the girl in the videos). I have a Gmail account (may need to start another). I’ve been blogging for awhile but the site is on an industry specific (real estate) host so I have limited flexibility. I’ll need to start from scratch with Shoemoney.

Listened to a podcast and looked at the videos. I’m ready to roll.

Reply

39 BizBuzz Online January 30, 2010 at 2:39 pm

Yes, it is really easy to navigate.

I’m guessing that like me you have joined some other sites where it was literally just a mess with stuff scattered everywhere and no idea what order to access the materials. There’s often good information there, but it’s useless if you can’t find it.

No problems with that here. :)

I think that most of you that complain about the price don’t realize that he’s letting only 500 people in. I look at it like this, I’ll try it out for two months and see if it works, it’s not like you would be “trying it out” for one year and throw 2400$. I really respect Jeremy as I’m sure a lot of other people do and therefore I’m sure that he will deliver with this system. I’m glad that I got in and that he isn’t charging more because he easily could.
