Haha! Those ejection lines definitely work–”polite,” not directly offending, but the message is clear. Besides conferences, I’m sure they’ll work in any restaurant or bar situation as well, but tell me…do you have any ejection lines for those awkward elevator moments? Just not sure “do you know where the bathroom is?” will work….

Hi Jeremy,

On the social tips. I do think it can be rude of people to approach and just talk business. People forget that people are people too!! So to speak.

I learned very young when my father was in the music industry here in Australia and was dealing with named people that they are people and to treat them like you would meeting anyone as a potential new friend like at school!
