The ShoeMoney System is coming in 2010

shoemoneysystem

For the last 5 years whether I intended to or not I have been in the business of helping people make money on the internet.

It all started with the ShoeMoney blog. A place where I wrote about my experiences in trying to make money on the net. I started the blog 6 years ago in January. Through these 6 years I have averaged about 1.3 posts per day.  I write the blog because its fun for me, and it has never felt like “work”.

4 years ago we launched a conference called the Elite Retreat. It was a totally new style of conference. The concept was taking 5 very experienced internet entrepreneurs and being able to spend 2 days going over your goals and getting 5 different perspectives on what you were trying to accomplish. The 2 day event was limited to only 30 people and came with a pricetag of $5,000.00 per person. It has been a huge success for us. Since the first event we have had 4 other sold out Elite Retreat events. I have a lot of fun doing this event.  Working with people and helping them achieve their goals in internet marketing has been a very rewarding experience. But only being able to work with 30 people per event was very limiting.

Over a year ago we launched ShoeMoney tools. It’s by far the best resource for internet marketers on the internet. We have had tens of thousands of people sign up but only retained a few thousand. When we ask people why they unsubscribe the answer is always that the tools are just too advanced for them and they need a beginners training program.

We had been very successful in building 3 different entities in helping people make money online but we had never done anything that catered to the real “entry level” person. Not even necessarily people who are looking to make money online but more just want to find out how it works. So I created the ShoeMoneyX Training Program. It was a 12 week training course on internet marketing. It was a huge success. We had over 120,000 people sign up for the free course and the feedback was amazing. But we also had a lot of follow up questions… to the tune of 500 a day! Fortunetly most of them were the same. People were really just wanting someone to walk them through the course, step by step.

Which brings us to The ShoeMoney System

The ShoeMoney System is a video training program that walks you through step by step on how to make money on the internet. But it’s much different than anything anyone has ever seen. Instead of talking about theories on how to make money we actually do it, step by step. I hired a co-host who not only was not an internet marketing expert….but had no clue what Facebook or twitter was. She is an aspiring pop singer and model and I completely show her (and you) step by step how everything works.

I have put my heart and soul into these videos over the last 12 months. I have never worked harder on any other project.

I’m 3-days into the course and I’m liking what I see. Sure there’s the odd niggle (I’m posting about my experiences), but over-all I’m getting a sense of the value of this system.

Like most people, the cost of the system means that I’m always thinking about whether or not it’s going to work. That’s to be expected.

But for now, I’m enjoying the learning, and I’m having a go at implementing stuff.

At the very least, the Shoemoney System has moved me from thinking about making money, to actually doing something about it.

    Round one to the Shoe!

    Jeremy

    A hypothetical question for you.

If you were a gambling man, and a had to place a bet on an ‘avarage Joe’ being able to make a modest living from your system, would you be prepared to make a $10,000 bet that he/she could?

Call me a cynic but I’ve seen so many ’systems’ that promise a great deal but ultimately, just spin out the same old theories.

I’d LOVE to have my scepticism proved wrong and looking forward to hearing more about pricing, etc.

I’ve just watched all three videos, and I am really looking forward to taking a look at the course. I’m not a true “noob” per se, but I haven’t really focused on affiliate marketing in the past, and it is something that I’m interested in focusing on in 2010.

I’m curious to see what the pricing will be like.

    I’m watching the sneak-peak now.

Good stuff man, I can tell these videos will be useful.

I have years experience myself so I can’t wait to get to the more advanced stuff but this is all good advice either way.

Only thing – The full-screen button doesn’t work for your vids. Not that it’s a big deal lol, I just noticed it.

    Hey J.S,

I did see the first video and in the end you told to check our email.

Wof… checked but no more email came through….

Anyways…. just wanted to point out.

Also what is the cost of shoemoney tools?

The site says: $9.95 Trial Membership. Does it mean we have to pay more after the trial?

    If yes, what?

ShoeMoney good content in this video however you skirt one important issue, if your jewelry site is only getting six visitors a day you could have the most amazing monetization program in place and still make jack squat.

Does this series cover targeting and building an audience? This is the real work and it can be a lottery.

      December 16, 2009 at 12:14 am

Sure keep in mind this is a big overview video… its one of hundreds of topics we cover. We also cover many ways to get traffic and super indepth.

Shoemoney I really like that you are creating a lot of energy around the online marketing arena. I have had the pleasure of being able to read a few of your ebooks and I like how you lay everything out for the reader on how to get setup for things like Adwords, and website tracking. Keep it up! I am always interested to see what new ideas you have bro.

This is a sure winner, Jeremy, and thank you for getting down to basics, in a very easy, well-laid out nobody’s-going-to-get-confused-here-manner.
There’s a lot of interest about how to make money off the Internet but there only a handful of people willing to walk the newbies through, while holding their hands.

    Hey Shoe,

Your blog posts are enlightening and often entertaining. You’re the only voice in the internet marketing space that I follow.

I’m really interested in the new program, but I’ve got to tell you, the co-host is almost a deal breaker.

I get the idea of walking a newbie through the process, but she doesn’t come across as a serious student. She acts like a teenager with a crush on the teacher. Ouch.

    sorry… my 2 cents…

I really enjoyed both the preview and the video featuring Jamie. While it covered many topics that I’ve heard of before, having it laid out in that format, made it make SO much more sense to me now.

I particularly enjoyed the relaxed format, with the impromptu humour. It’s refreshing to see someone like yourself who has been very successful, remain so humble. (and no I am not blowing smoke up your hiney when I say that).

I’m really excited for the other videos as I already was allowed to watch the preview and it’s just great. Like I told you on twitter I think this is exactly what people who just start off will neeed and it even provides some new things for people who are in the business for some time already

really looking forward for the oder vids :)

    Hi Shoe,

You have made yet another awesome program. Well done!

I been following the ASW panel discussions etc. Are you coming to ASW in Jan anyway? I assume you will have a booth there for Shoemoney Tools or?

I think having something geared towards newbies is great. Not everyone is ready for the advanced course nor is everyone interested in becoming internet marketers. But, if you’re blogging, I think you would be interested in at a minimum earning enough to pay for your domain and hosting costs.

    I’ve signed up.
    Thanks.

So if nothing else, thankyou so much for the first video. It’s great.

I found this through JohnChow.com even thought I’ve been following you on Twitter, too. Your reputation is far and wide and I appreciate the fact that you are working with a total newbie to illustrate your system.

I’ve been blogging for awhile but I’m on a site that I really don’t have total control over. For whatever reason, I’ve haven’t been able to get the traffic to my blog that would really make it take off.

The other thing is that I really don’t have something that I’m thinking “Yeah, I can blog about that every day!” and I don’t have a product (like Jaimie’s Jewelry Boutique) that I have to sell.

Bottom line: I’m a newbie, too. It’ll be interesting to see if your “step-by-step” will really take me to a place where I am making money on the Web.

    Thanks!

    Hey Shoemoney,

I’ve watched the video previews and the ShoeMoney System looks like a winner.

I also can’t believe it’s already been 5 years since your started blogging. Geez, time flies.

The nice thing is that your blog is a top 5000 web property ( via Alexa and my own WebstatsHq )

Im excited in 2010 then. I’ve watched your video about 6ways and really I was blown on how it was that informative and really helpful (got used to your older videos where you speak tons of jargons)..

I recommended it to my readers and to my list and Im sure they would find a lot of value in that..
