Based on the audience, most advertisers are going to be advertising a website or a service with a website. I think it would be better for advertisers and more user friendly if the posts could contain at least one clickable link to the offer, so that visitors don’t have to search for the service.

If the issue is not wanting the listings to be too spammy, just add a URL field option and add a no follow link at the beginning or end of the listing. If the marketplace plugin doesn’t support custom fields like that, let me know and I could probably help update the plugin to support it.
