The second Affiliate Convention is going to be held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles California on Thursday December 3rd and Friday 4th. Free registration for affiliates closes on Friday November 27th though paid tickets are available online or at the event for those who miss the cut-off date.
People always complain about how these events costs so much money… well your excuses have run out! This one is free but only if you register in the next 2 days!
There are some really great keynote speakers planned:
On day 1 Danny Sullivan is going to be outlining the state of Search and Affiliate marketing in an interactive speech, interview and Q/A session with Daron Babin of WebmasterRadio.FM.
Day 2 Landing Page Optimization expert Tim Ash is going to be talking about “How To Repel Super Affiliates With Crappy Landing Pages”.
Both keynotes should be pretty great. There is also a lot of great speakers lined up for other sessions. For some reason Dennis Yu has been removed from speaking…. anyway, Should be a awesome event.
If a free affiliate convention was not enough there is also going to be a free party held at the Aqualounge, (424 N. Beverly Dr. Beverly Hills CA 90210) with legendary rapper Shock-G doing his thing performing. I remember Shock-G from way back in the day with Digital Underground and I am sad I am going to miss it =(. But you gotta register here if you wanna goto the party (free). The party is sponsored by Atrinsic same guys who have bought us Slick Rick at Ad:tech and Biz Markee at affiliate summit. They must have some old school him-hop hookups!

You didn’t say if you were going? I’ve been kind of asking around and haven’t heard of any aff’s I know going. Will be excited to see if any affiliate say they’ll be here in the comments.
I am not going. I would but will be in Denver for a thing with my wife at the same time.

I am not sure but I think this Affiliate Convention is Rockand also, you can listen to many of the past sessions about Affiliate Marketing World at second Affiliate Convention which held in Los Angeles on 3rd December 2009.

Again another awesome looking convention that is not based in the UK.
Affiliate Convention was doing a video contest for hotel and plane tickets, but the winner wasn’t announced. I had a friend enter the contest, but we can’t figure out who the winner was. Winner was supposed to be announced on Nov. 13th. Do you know if they canceled the contest?
I think this convention will be a success!
Well not going to be attending this one due to being over 1k miles away. I live in NC. Are there going to be any conventions there. Probably not because we do not have really big cities.
