GymJunkies.com – Free Shirt Friday

Posted on: May 8th, 2009 by Jeremy Schoemaker

This Friday I’m sporting a shirt from GymJunkies.com. This site is dedicated to fitness information and packed full of how to videos, weight loss programs and strength training workouts. Want to look good for the summer? They just launched a free 30 day shred it program. Great stuff. Thanks, Vic! Stay up to date with Vic’s fitness tips on Twitter – @gymjunkies.

You always look great on black.

I think you should put shoemoney logo on black jackets as well … this will be great idea.

Your son implies no religous conviction against Catholicism by simply wearing a shirt. It is healthy to contemplate other religions but he is going through with his own actively which takes precendent

He’s attending his Catholic development classes today and wants to wear his Luthern school t-shirt that he got from a family friend. My wife thinks it’s OK but I think it’s in poor taste, for some reason. No real argument created between us.

I bought a Rolling Stones tshirt on the internet as part of a friend’s birthday present. Unfortunately it is miles too big, she is a UK size 10/12 and this tshirt is more like a large man’s size.

Nice idea. Friday’s are a good day for freebies – we used to run a “foot fall” Friday for a local Apple specialist shop where the staff offered free advice and tutorials all day, it worked beautifully – not only increased the customer bas but also increased sales.

How many Free T-Shirts have you got Shoe?

I think you won’t be needing to buy further clothes anymore with these free shirts.

    May 10, 2009 at 9:59 pm

My comment on the t-shirt is: it sucks. If you’re going to get Jeremy pose in your t-shirt for people to see make the message clear, add an incentive for me to click on the link. Here’s a hint: learn something from shoemoney… put an image of a sexy, sweaty, girl with dumbells (similar to the pic of the chick in shoemoney’s t-shirt) and tell me that I will see more of her and other chicks that do Hardcore workouts. But hey, that’s just me, sisy.

You can’t say that every shirt without a female on sucks, besides shirts aren’t made to be clicked on.

I’d say that the shirt did its job. It got them a incoming link, which is probably what they were after. Fair play – they get a link, Shoe gets a shirt.

BTW, I’d also say that the shirt does get a message across – massive logo on the back, slogan on the front. If I were to be really critical I’d say it’s missing a domain name, but that is all.

When did this site stop being about useful content and start being about Shoe being a paid/bribed shill for his pals and business cronies. I’m sure it was after I started coming here 3 months ago. Or was I just guilty of Wanting To Believe?

    Depressing.

These T-Shirts are a nice way of advertising and getting some traffic to your website. Though I am not a fitness freak, I still clicked on the link to check out the website and its contents.
I think I too will want to do it some day as a promotional technique. Since it is on shoemoney, I don’t have a doubt that I will get a few visitors.
    The T-Shirt looks cool.
