What’s the big deal, this is just a Visa card that anyone can get, if it was really so exclusive you wouldn’t be getting $100 commissions. Seriously, do people laugh at you when you use that card or do they believe it’s the real black card (AMEX centurion)?

I think the claim that this card is for uber-rich high net worth individuals is nonsense. I receiived an offer for this card and I am nowhere near the so-called 1% of US population that is supposed to be the customer for this card.Infact I have not used a credit card in years and carry no debt other than mortgage.

Although the brochure is impressive in it’s design and writing and for a second I thought of getting this card until I saw the $495 annual fee,In no time I ripped the brochure and application form into peices

I am not only curious about what criteria are used to determine who will be the 1%, but even more so, how perspective members are found, for promotion by mail. I have a high credit rating and several credit and charge cards,in good standing,(with much better deals than this one), and I was not solicited for this Black Card. However, my late husband received a large, black envelope, with an application to apply. He’s been dead for 7 years and is listed as deceased with all matters of credit and banking. I thought it was a funny coincidence, for a deceased person to receive an ad for a BLACK card, in this funereal design, and when I saw that it’s only for 1%, I wondered if one of the criteria is being deceased? lol But seriously, it shows poor research technique, in marketing.

The Colbert report did a a funny spoof about this card. I would rather use my hotels congers service than the credit cards. I am a platinum member at The Sheraton. They are always great and i don’t need to pay extra for it.

Shoe, big mistake. I could decode your credit card number using a special plugin in Photoshop. When you flipped your card over we could see the embossing.

Because credit cards have better protection against fraud than debit cards. You get points, you get perks, you get 25 to 30 days on your money.
Using a credit card to pay for business expenses means you can get your return before your bill is due. Even better, if he used affiliate income to pay the fee it didn’t cost him a thing.

excellent come back, if anything debit cards are stupid because the money leaves your account right away so when you run short on money in your checking account your card is worthless.
The only problem with credit cards are that some people are stupid and charge more than they make on the card and acquire debt that has an insane interest rate.
