Viral Twitter Contest Ends Monday Morning

It’s been an amazing Twitter contest… and it ends on Monday. If you missed out, all you have to do is:

1) Follow me on Twitter.
2) Then twitter, “Just entered to win a flip minoHD. Just follow @shoemoney and retweet http://xr.com/fliphd”

That is it! You are entered!

Here are full stats so far with odds to enter.

Unless I gain about 4,000 more followers over the weekend, we are not going to have enough followers to give away the Macbook AIR… but we will have enough to give away 2 Flip Mino HD’s.

Like everything else we do, it’s been a real learning experience and I have received tons of great questions.

I am doing a wrap up post about it on Monday… so if you have any questions – fire away!

This is not the first time that a macbook air has been used to promote a twitter contest, the only difference is this one might have an actual winner.

My only complaint is I wish you would give your readers a bit more info to help them succeed.

I assume you’re using a PHP script to pick the winner from a database? You could always drop in a script that favors @jtgraphic

Shoe are all those new followers in the industry? it would be very interesting to see stats on the demo and geo of all the new followers. it would give everyone an idea of the scale of our industry. can you do a mash up of the new followers and Google maps. great data for everyone
