Stay with the diet. Cheating on occasion is OK (actually it’s helpful) but try to limit your cheat meal to once a week.

Well, its been a long time since I have been to this site, mostly because my new work ethic doesn’t include reading blogs like I used to. Your site has grown quite a bit. Am I imagining this, or did you put a few pounds on? Your still down from where you’ve been. And since you wrote what you weigh I am guessing you must be down from where you’ve been.
