A New Must Read Business Blog – InspiredStartup.com

by Jeremy Schoemaker on January 6, 2009 · 67 comments

If someone was to give me a ton of money to start a new company and had to assemble a all star team of people picking the CEO would be easy – Andy Liu.

Andy Liu has had an amazing track record in starting companies and is one of the smartest guys I know in the industry. He spoke at the Elite Retreat last year and will be speaking again this year. His presentations were amazingly eye opening and I think I took more notes then attendees.

Andy has FINALLY started a blog and I think after reading a few posts you will see what I am talking about.

Head on over to inspiredstartup.com and say hi!

Better to read content from seasoned credible pros then those who never have been in business writing on how to make money in business. This guy is obviously a veteran with a proven track record. Looking forward to keeping up with his blog.

Reply

I may be wrong, but you could be thinking of Johns Wu who sold his CD rates blog to Bankrates.com for 15 million dollars.

Now that’s golden!

Good advice and more solid info on Andy’s character.

Wow. I loved this post. It’s so true about connectors, they are the portal to reaching new audiences.

I would like to add that while connectors are vital to success, they are probably the busiest people we know. Kudos, they are constantly building and creating. We should remember that connectors tend to be leaders.

We get enamored by connectors and often focus our energy in chances to collaborate with them and then on accident divi less energy towards the loyal appreciator.

Hambeem says, strike a healthy balance to both. This is one of the best posts I’ve read in a while!!!

I definitely remember there being only a few comments on his posts when I looked at his blog the first time it was linked. I go back there 2 days later, and now there are 30-40 comments on every post?!

Yeah they did explode when two top blog masters said to go check him out. quicksprout and shoemoney, and who knows how many others said to check him out. The only bad thing about that blog is it has no follow and the top commentators have no links.
