Elite Retreat 2009 Sold Out!

by Jeremy Schoemaker on December 16, 2008 · 60 comments

Just been a few weeks since we announced registration was open and more then 2 full months before the event launches the Elite Retreat 2009 is officially sold out. We have had a rush of new sign ups last week and actually had to turn away about 3 people =(.

We have an amazing line up of leaders this year.

Also we will be paying out over $17,000.00 to affiliates. AWESOME JOB!

I was also very impressed with the amount of big brand mainstream companies sending people to learn.

I will post more about the agendas as we finalize them.

$17,000 in affiliate payouts is awesome! Way to go everyone who referred an attendee!

5 teraom December 16, 2008 at 9:39 am

on a second thought, with $5000 as ticket entry and who knows how many seats.. $17000 seems a throw away of just 3 seats for free..

Lol thats for sure!

were you one of them sanders? They could prob charge a little more if they follow one of the attendees for the year and show how successful that person was. This takes personal testimony the next step. Make it like a documentary…..people always love a good one

shoe,

All the best and $17000 sounds a good offer as prizes.

Btw, your comment contest for sep and oct is still pending in december. No offense meant – but you wrote a post criticizing some one for not giving the prize.. :-)

I think you are really confused. The 17,000 being paid out to affiliates is not a prize. Its for people who were affiliates and reffered people to the elite retreat who signed up.

The sep/oct laptops have been giving out as mentioned in the newsletter. I need to update the contests page.

Are u still giving them out?

Damn Money, that’s a ton of affiliate dough for a conference. How many seats did you guys fill for that cost?

Wish I had found out about this earlier – I’ll have to watch for it next year – hope to hear a good review about the event when you get back

My thoughts exactly – I wish I’d have heard about this earlier. Not only could I have attended, but I could have made some money by referring people earlier too, haha

I actually manually block myself from that and have added myself from the contests now too lol.

I had a feeling you might have done that almost directly after I hit “Add Comment”. I bet shipping t-shirts to yourself for winning must be expensive…

Damnn 5k they must have made a hell alot of money, aprox how many people tickets are sold,

Reply

43 Computer Repair December 16, 2008 at 9:41 pm

I believe they capped it at 35 people.

35 x $4,950 = $173,250

Reply

44 jtGraphic December 17, 2008 at 1:23 am

I think it was 35 last year. I totally didn’t research that. Just using my memory, so it’s probably wrong…

Jeremy,

Real sorry I’m missing this one, and I live in the SF Bay Area. I would probably ‘crawl’ there if I had to.

Anyone scalping tickets at the event, I sure would like to be there..

Definitely plan to start now for next year. I don’t know of any other small gathering with such MMO luminaries, at any price. Budget this with all the other conferences I want to attend in ’09. Hopefully, by end of next year the cost will be a drop in the bucket.

Hello People! Just wanted to tell you that I bought tickets to the Rush concert on Jun 22. In this site you can find tickets for other dates too. It’s wonderful Rush and his band performance, this is my second time and I’m still so excited about listening him live! On this page you can see the section where you’re buying the ticket, so it’s very recommended! Rush 2 get ‘em!
