Love the idea of t-shirt advertising. Just another way to get your name out there. What does the back of the shirt look like?
December 14, 2008 at 10:22 pm
It is unfortunate that this shirt and website are representing real estate investors. It really can be a good way for a motivated seller to sell their home quickly, but, of course, at a discount.
November 29, 2008 at 3:37 pm
To be honest, I don’t agree something about Liseli.
November 29, 2008 at 4:57 am
WOW, great shirt!!!!! NOT
November 28, 2008 at 9:06 pm
Wow. Free T-Shirt. Big Whoop.
November 25, 2008 at 9:43 am
Very simple t-shirt this is, but it kinda blends with your sites theme Shoe.
November 23, 2008 at 5:11 pm
I think maybe Shoemoney might show several shirts a week, at least 2 shirts. Or have a battle of the shirts, and poll is taken on which shirt we like best
November 23, 2008 at 4:49 am
Good business idea but a bad shirt design.
November 25, 2008 at 9:44 am
Lol! I totally agree.
November 22, 2008 at 2:26 pm
I can imagine a company like this is doing very well generating leads from people on the verge of losing their homes to foreclosure given the current economic environment. Good timing for a t-shirt plug!
November 22, 2008 at 1:55 pm
The number 1 reason I started an internet business was for the tshirts. Okay maybe not but it would be nice just to get one freebie…
November 22, 2008 at 11:46 am
hey shoe. with a smile like that you could seduce hef’s playmates… hahahahhaa nice shirt bud. keep up the good work.
November 22, 2008 at 11:14 am
T-shirt looks cool on you… front pocket looks strange…
November 22, 2008 at 10:33 am
So many t-shirt you got
November 25, 2008 at 9:45 am
He probably uses some as pj’s! Lol!
November 22, 2008 at 10:21 am
Nice T shirt design. The like the pocket in the front its great for carrying small things
November 22, 2008 at 9:10 am
Shoe… what you do of these shirts after taking pics???
I have an idea… why dont you Giveaway shirts to Shoemoney.com users…
it will have a double impact…
1: Shoe is giving away something…
2: Those who gave you short will enjoy Double marketing as the winner will also write blog that or post pics around.
what you say?
November 22, 2008 at 7:03 am
Color is nice.. but other than that nothing special..
November 22, 2008 at 1:13 am
My dad LOVES pocket t-shirts. Personally, I can’t stand them.
November 23, 2008 at 2:34 am
me too, the pocket stands out awkward. i WONT wear one like this..
November 22, 2008 at 12:48 am
Ok guys it’s my shirt and website so let me defend it a bit.
First off, I am a utility kind of guy, so this color blue is the blue recommended by the e-myth book. The color also attracts attention anywhere I go, particularly in stores, where I am mistaken for a worker or stock boy until, they READ my shirt.
And that is the point, the website explains exactly what we do, quickly and succinctly. That is the whole point. I am not looking to win a beauty contest with a design.
Ok the pocket I admit is the geek in me, I can’t wear a shirt without a pocket because I have to be able to write ideas, too do list, phone numbers immediately.
As far as the site goes, I can’t say that I am 100% pleased with the design, but it is more attractive than my competitors. It also gives our customers an intuitive way to find their affiliate by selecting their preferred method of navigation. The issue I find with some websites is an over emphasis on design and other utilities. Other utilities meaning any communication or distraction that isn’t geared to get the customer to take the preferred action, which in our case is to give us their information on their house.
Defensiveness aside, I will take all the criticism under advisement.
Thanks

Regardless what others may say, you have a Page Rank 5, over 34K links, and a respectable Alexa 271, 477. You are doing a lot right!
November 22, 2008 at 12:11 am
They still make pocket tees?
Who gave you the white T underneath?
November 21, 2008 at 10:28 pm
I am not impressed with t-shirt
November 21, 2008 at 9:49 pm
looks good… but promotion will not work in this recession
November 21, 2008 at 8:55 pm
nice colour.very soothing
November 22, 2008 at 5:00 am
I agree, the color chosen very well. It’s nice to watch.
November 22, 2008 at 10:22 am
yea blue is always a calming color
November 21, 2008 at 8:26 pm
Yes. I agree with you all it is a very boring shirt. They did it for the link and press. Look at least 10 of you looked at their website.
November 21, 2008 at 7:26 pm
What Say Me?
I say I would like to know what the deal was with the “free $50 facebook advertising voucher” that was supposed to be in the newsletter. Sure, that did great things for ShoeMoney.com (new subscribers, visitors), but those of us who are waiting for Shoe to come through with a replacement code are wondering if we’ve been suckered. Been three weeks now Shoe …, if you F’d up, just tell us!
November 21, 2008 at 6:59 pm
For the quality of the site, I guess you would just have to ask them to see how it converts. Can a plain and simple site not make it??
November 21, 2008 at 4:21 pm
I received shoemoney comments contest shirt thanks Shoe hope to win Mcbook as well
November 21, 2008 at 6:59 pm
I got it too, No more XXL’s were there so I got this triple X that could fit TWO of me. Thanks Bro!
November 21, 2008 at 3:10 pm
Jeremy,
Last winter sent you a nice Polartec fleece jacket. Perhaps it can make it before Elite Rereat this year?
November 22, 2008 at 1:07 am
i’ll take one of those fleeces
November 21, 2008 at 3:09 pm
unprofessional shirt. Jeremy how about if you will feature from now on only creative shirt designs or at least decent looking ?
November 21, 2008 at 5:14 pm
Yup I agree..
November 21, 2008 at 2:25 pm
Wow! Whose the model in that pic?
November 21, 2008 at 2:24 pm
WOW, great shirt!!!!! NOT
November 21, 2008 at 2:13 pm
Not impressed with shirt or website
November 21, 2008 at 4:58 pm
Its a landing page for an affiliate program.
November 22, 2008 at 6:24 pm
So whats the problem in that?
November 21, 2008 at 5:49 pm
they’re not web savvy so maybe to them the website looks professional. Also, as long as it’s working and they are making money, I don’t think they care too much about it
November 22, 2008 at 6:44 pm
They were savvy enough to have get shoe to show the shirt and get their web site linked. Kudos for that.
November 21, 2008 at 1:55 pm
website looks pretty unprofessional, and they should’ve put the logo on the pocket, now it just looks ridiculous
November 21, 2008 at 4:05 pm
The pocket really draws the eye.
Possibly not the best internet promotional shirt, but sending them someone in the home buying / improvement niche would be ok. A “working-man” type business that gets workers out in the field or at a charity event.
November 21, 2008 at 5:12 pm
I dont quite like the pocket there too..
November 21, 2008 at 10:29 pm
Yup, agree not impressive
November 23, 2008 at 1:38 am
I concur! They really are in need of new ideas in their marketing department! Maybe we should work on a redesign for them! Even just offering ideas for one will be a good start.
November 21, 2008 at 1:33 pm
Today’s shirt is kinda boring. I wonder why people send boring t-shirts to get exposure…Someone at the marketing department isn’t doing its job right.
November 21, 2008 at 1:46 pm
I think you might have some fun outta the t-shirt I sent Jeremy..it’s creative =P
November 22, 2008 at 1:00 am
Cool! Can’t wait to see it
November 21, 2008 at 4:07 pm
Maybe they’re working on the premise: We don’t make t-shirts, thats not what we do. We buy houses and we can help you.
November 22, 2008 at 1:01 am
Yeah, but I think whatever product you advertise you have to brand it well…Otherwise it’s not worth it! Just a thought…!
November 22, 2008 at 2:35 am
Then they need to employ capable service providers that can supply them eye-catching corporate promotional gear. In for a penny, in foer a pound. They are already spending on purchasing and printing the shirts. Paying a graphic designer to come up with an awesome design ain’t much more expensive.
November 23, 2008 at 1:36 am
Yes, it sure seems like it! I can’t imagine spending good money on a corporate product and settling for something that just doesn’t deliver any OOMPH!
November 21, 2008 at 1:32 pm
What do you do with 52 free tshirts Shoemoney?
November 21, 2008 at 1:14 pm
Interesting, I just started an avoid foreclosure, buy your house campaign last night.
November 22, 2008 at 5:03 am
This is good news. People still retained some of their money. -))))
November 21, 2008 at 1:04 pm
@Shoemoney How many t-shirts have you at home for the next weeks?
November 21, 2008 at 3:02 pm
you mean for the next years or even decades, lol…
November 21, 2008 at 5:11 pm
Lol he must be tired of taking those photos..
November 23, 2008 at 2:35 am
and he should never have to buy a tshirt for a decade
January 24, 2009 at 8:39 am
He is planning to deliver those T shirts for the charity purpose and I think that one is great idea.
But it should go to needy one.
November 21, 2008 at 12:54 pm
Hassle free- even in this kind of housing market?? lol
November 23, 2008 at 1:31 am
Taking out the middle man and his (or her) commission makes a lot of sense in our current economic climate! The heady days of the housing bubble are over!
