“We have decided to shut down our social networking site, SoapBoxxer.com – it has been taken down and redirected here. Let me take a few moments to explain how SB came to be, what went right and what went wrong, and how we came to the decision that it was time to end the project.”

I don’t get it.

I don’t get it either. Seems there is a linkbait issue here. They are now an ecommerce site?

Maye the T-Shirt had been in the pipeline for a while, and by the time it got featured the experiment was already over. Pity, they missed out on some serious traffic from Shoemoney.

The bright red color attracts attention. Good choice.

Reply

65 Ranked Hard November 15, 2008 at 3:11 pm

Dick, I agree and think that too often we see people select colors that don’t attract attention. A black shirt doesn’t really attract attention and can get your run over at night if someone doesn’t see you. Red and orange shirts work best.

Do you keep all the T-shirts? lol – I know You’ve done this for a while now and with so many companies sending t-shirts I would think you would either archive them, run out of space – and just wondering what happens to the t-shirts after they meet their purpose?
