Hi I am Jeremy Schoemaker and ShoeMoney.com is my blog. 99% of the post here are done by me but you will see others occasionally make guest posts. This blog is fun to write but for my day job I run several online companies.
That is one of the coolest videos you’ve made. I like that part where you all in a sudden, just randomly ask her what shirt she is wearing…. and she says “Shoemoney”, haha. Very well done, man.
Last year I bought a carving set (It was a little plastic one for about $4). It worked pretty good. But of course, with only one use per year I lost every piece.
I ended up carving a nightmare before christmas one that turned out really well. I took pictures, but of course they were lost as well!
Does Juliet have a habit of keeping her fingers in her mouth for long time? If yes, try to make her quit it as it affects the teeth.
Gaps between the teeth would be seen later if she has the habit.
Nice, perfect job of carving that Pumpkin Jeremy. You have Juliet advertising Shoemoney on her shirt too or is that part of her halloween costume? You must get a lot of visitors because of that.
Shoe, that’s one BIG knife. We’re carving ours tomorrow but we’ll be using the Pumpkin Masters kit! I don’t want to lose any fingers as it would slow my QWERTY typing way down … LOL
Way fun to see the kid. Good job on getting her to do the Shoemoney plug! The eerie glowing eyes at the end were kind of scary and I had to turn the lights on after that!
Awesome video! Pumpkin carving is not yet that big in Europe, but it’s getting increasingly popular. Now I finally know how to do it right… and Juliet is so great, congrats on your fam.
She is Adorable especially both father and daughter wearing the Shoe Money Logo T-Shirt. However the Pumpkin could have been carved better lol, anyways its all good
Super cool video man. My daughter is two years old and we will be doing the pumpkin carving tomorrow, but before doing so I’ll let her watch Juliet in this video. It’s funny too because my wife and I have been talking to her about pumpkins for a few weeks now. Very awesome video, I absolutely love watching videos with the family. John Chow has done a few too and I enjoyed that as well.
@ Danny
I am using Google Chrome and had no trouble watching the video. I don’t think your problem is browser related.
Is it just me or was there a slight edit there, the part where your wife said “Honey..Honey”.. The part where she said I think you need to be getting the hell away from the kid with the knives buddy. LMAO
What an adorable video. I carved a pumpkin– once!! It wasn’t a good experience. I did it for a chemistry experiment with my students but after seeing your video, I am inspired to try again with my family. I am a tropical girl so it takes me a while to get into Fall and Winter rituals…
enjoy your holiday.
Cute video Shoe – carved up pumpkins here with my daughters last week. My youngest enjoyed putting the goo back into the first pumpkin while I carved the 2nd one Good stuff!
I also wanted to thank you for the free shirt ShoeMoney. It’s really great as an incentive for someone who has been commenting on your blog avidly for months.
Now that’s a very adorable little girl you have there Shoe. You’ve just inspired me to be a daddy, man. So do you still go out trick or treat-ing in halloween?

Juliet’s water bottle looks pretty cool.
The video won’t load for me, using Google Chrome, but from the comments I’m guessing it’s good!

Whoa.. A cute daughter you have…
Very cute video. Time to great cracking with that Canon HD that i purchased earlier this year.
Hopefully the production standards will be just as good as yours Shoe!
Pumpkin in the dark shot would be great with some Halloween or Friday the Thirteenth theme music in the background.
very cool video. Watch out with those sharp knives. They will get you everytime.
Is it just me or was there a slight edit there, the part where your wife said “Honey..Honey”.. The part where she said I think you need to be getting the hell away from the kid with the knives buddy. LMAO
A classic for sure
Juliet is cute, and a master of the ABC’s.
If I could make a request though it’d be to see a video of your dog sometime, the one jumping on the sofa early on in the video (I love dogs).
Yikes! Such the disciplinarian…..
And she is so adorably cute….
I thought for sure when you finally revealed the pumpkin’s face that it would be the Shoemoney logo.
little sweet girl, very nice.
Nice video!
I love how one second she’s giving a plug and then next is you telling her you are going to throw the pumpkin away. Life is tough.
So cute!!!!!!!!!
Tell me you didn’t carve a the Shoemoney “S” logo into a pumpkin and put it on the front porch. We know you did, so let’s see a photo of it.

Also you can carve a pumpkin quite well. Funny video
Nice video. “No jumping!”… let’s see how much traffic it pulls into your blog next halloween for people searching how to carve pumpkins!
I love carving pumpkins! Its right behind giving out candy on my favorite Halloween activities list.
We take a day off at the health blog and do hand out candy.
No one likes “talking health” on Halloween….myself included
Haha cute kid.
Cute daughter, Shoe.
She’s cute!

My little girl and I carved pumpkins yesterday. I’ll be posting a picture of one of them on my blog later this evening.
I carved the RSS symbol into one of them.

Not a good job carving the pumpkin there Shoe, just joking.
Cute kid and nice video.
what video player do you use to play your .swfs? I like the look of it.
It’s late, that made no sense. What .swf video player do you use to play your .flv files?
Ouch, are you okay after that cut?
Great vid, Schoe. YOur girl is really cute.
Suggestion, after seeing you cut yourself, add pumpkin carving to list of worst ideas…
Hi Jeremy, you have a lovely girl there, I wanna say hello to Juliet
Your daughter is very very cute
But I don’t understand how will this pay for my bills!
Shoe, next time try a drywall handsaw. They work really well. I was able to carve the mouth on this in about 2 minutes with one.

pumpkin carving is cool, you can add a candle in the middle or something else for an effect but be careful with this…
Awwww… How cute. Its always nice seeing a father and daughter spending time together.
Two year olds are SOOOooo…Kewl. She’s a doll shoe…
Shes so beautiful, congratz!
