47 Lbs lost till now.. Cool.
47 Lbs!!! That is huge. I think it is amazing that someone can use the internet and more specifically use a blog to help them lose weight and stay accountable
It is definitely good because the blog helps to keep your goal and keep you going. 47 lbs is good but if you watch biggest loser theyre losing up to like 27 pounds in a week! It’s crazy.
…but unfortunately for those people, it’s very unhealthy to lose 27 pounds to lose 27 pounds per week…
That shirt is awesome. That is probably one of the coolest ones you have had on here. Too bad that it says the URL below the traffic even though it is good publicity for him. I think he should just start giving out the T-shirts so that people would wear them around. That can only help him especially getting traffic to his blog. It is amazing how many pounds he is actually losing and blogging about it the whole way through.
I wish being on the internet all day would help me lose weight.
The site seems pretty cool. It will be interesting to follow him on his journey. I hope that blogging about it will give him more inspiration.
I think the t-shirt is saying a strong mind is all you need!
But with that if you will be able to see great body that dont you think this will be 1 + 1 = 11.

Ah, I’ve been to Israel’s blog on a few occasions. A good motivational story, and he has a nice, well-maintained blog from what I’ve seen.

Wow. that is good is lose all of that weight. As a girl, I know how hard it is..i use to be 160 at 5 6′ and let me tell you….everyone had a comment about my weight…even my own family…to showcase it online as far as his progress and everything is very brave and i wish him good luck!! keep going……
