Yeah!! This is gonna be SOME beach party!!!

  29. Dave
    July 30, 2008 at 4:47 pm

Who is booked for the event? Why wouldn’t you just go to a conference where there are scheduled speakers? If they released a lineup of people maybe it would be more valuable, but it sounds like you’re paying $1k to go to some beach party.

  30. hotwheelz
    July 30, 2008 at 3:50 pm

    Yeah Dave, I totally agree.

Hanging out in San Diego on the beach, bbqs, parties, bars, playing games, and winning prizes, all while in the company of many fun interesting people and some of the most successful internet marketers, domainers, and SEOs in the world…….. sounds totally lame. :)

By the way, the guy in the pic is DK of purposeinc.

MMA Training? MMA training and SEO go together kind of like Megadeth and an Affliction card. Not bad on their own, but together a little random. And is this event that anticipated? It looks kind of lame to be honest with you.

We’ve just missed this event in London (12th June) http://www.mad.co.uk/Main/Events/madpresents/Default.html but looking at the prices I dont think i would have gone anyway £595 (aprox $1,200) sounds expensive to me.

Germany is getting closer, but not quite the UK! I think there are events that go on in the UK but they tend to be low key and you don’t often get to hear about them until its too late. If I had spare cash and time I would love to jump on a plane and visit the US for an event such as this, but at the moment its not possible for me. Hey Shoe, ever fancied a visit to London?
