We first tried the show at the regular time on Tuesday but ran into some issues with Blogtv. Soon after I got a call from Ustream CEO Brad Hunstable who also happens to be a huge MMA fan! We talked about MMA stuff and then he sent me instructions on how to do picture in picture video. Works pretty good. The bandwidth at our office was only 512kbps upstream but we have doubled that for next weeks show.

Video not working for me in IE7 or FireFox 3.
Tried again, wasn’t working behind the proxy server. Still seems like it’s a bit taxed with the buffering.
The biggest thing that I’ve seen out of Yahoo was Yahoo Answers. They have a lot of their posts rank #1 for long keyword phrases. If you remember Google Answers actually failed miserably.

I don’t suppose you have any reason for that statement? It’s dumb to put a lot of work into a site then promote it with obvious blackhat, I’ll admit. But so long as you either factor getting banned into your business model or use proper stealth(which does exist), it’s an entirely workable thing.

I’m not a fan of Jen. She seems like a really nice girl and stuff, but her personality isn’t strong enough to hold up a show with Shoe. She’s too appeasing and comes across like she doesn’t even know how to spell business, much less talk about it. Have her go balls to the wall next time or get someone who won’t kiss your ass. Then you’ll have a real show.

There’s Blue hat, Red hat and Black hat SEO sites if you care to look for them. Some guys give pretty good tips for the websites on them.
The video worked pretty good for me after it was started. It was only using like 230kbps or so which is not bad. That helps people with even a slow dsl connection to be able to play it.
The intro was pretty funny. I think a nice blue cape would work well.

AFAIK the series of novels this is founded on is yet pending (on hiatus?), so when the anime ended short, it was rumoured that if and when the novels get concluded, there might be more. Of course quite a bit of time has went since then, so it might be wishful thinking at this point… I would enjoy it, though.
