Nice interview!
Very nice video Jeremy. I really liked your “disclaimer” and reasoning behind it. Well done.
Loren should be the only person allowed to do video online. He rocks.
Great. Congratulations Jeremy!
He was slapped first by the lady in the next post!
The guy interviewing you appears to have a black eye. I’d like to hear the story behind that… I wondering about it the entire video.
Great interview. I particularly like the fact that you underline all the hard work that was put in before the “luck” set in.
I think Now i know to what it takes to be a successful Blogger It’s Hard work , luck , good communication and BALD HEAD.
Even Darren Rowse would agree
nice interview thought it was very interesting
Cool Interview,
LOL @ the part about the guy who wanted to take the script of your blog.
looks like he admires you alot too
and yet you watched! Guess what there is nothing new…
Hey, I can be a grammar Nazi, but I hold back, yo. No morAns here.
Glad the video is back online. It was another great interview Jeremy. You should do more video posts as you seem to be a natural in front of the camera.
I guess you’re busy with the ShoeperStar stuff which is why you haven’t posted today. Or was that yesterday and you’re just on a travel day today and you haven’t made it back ?

Nice Interview….
Sweet another video with just some more stuff that we all ready know…
lol
It looks like the video is working now. It is a good one, by the way.
I can’t really blame people to be honest. There is a ton of bullshit going around.
But do you think Google would have me speak on panels with them and giving me permission to disclose info without doing their due diligences ?
i think youtube had issues for a few mins…. gtg
always happy to give you a reason to live
Nice interview thanks for that!!
You’re right, it’s AN awesome interview.
Yeah, grammar Nazis here, but really, it’s just ONE sentence.
Thanks for doing this interview Jeremy, very informative!
The problem with hard work is that no one wants to do it. If you’re building a business, like a blog for example, it requires hard work no matter how you look at it. No one gets rich overnight. Any venture, no matter how potentially lucrative it is, requires hours and hours of dedication and effort.
I love the story about the guy that was worried about having to spend months figuring out what you are doing with your sites and you’ve spent years getting it right. What happened to hard work?
That was a great interview. I really enjoy 1938media.com and Loren is the best.
This was very informative. It’s amazing how much information is out there. Google’s rep has been called into question lately.
Thats funny about the disclaimer – I never read it but you do have a point on it. Too many people take bloggers word for it.
Learn alot from that video… hope you post more like this. Found it very informative…
Works great. I love your response to the disclaimer :-/ He’s right. You’re spot on. You should copyright that, heh
Yeah that’s interesting, the whole thing with negativity at the top of Google SERPs. I haven’t really seen much discussion about that. That does have to start making Google look bad at some point, so where do they draw the line? Ya gotta think that they are going to have to put in place some sort of “negative keyword density” into their algo.
Me too!
Glad I came back to check again, video is back up. Comments on Web going negative and how Google will respond to that is right on.
Wow, very good interview.
Not to beat a dead cow, but what happened to the video!?!?
It says cant Play
SAD
DOH! Well that really bites. This sometimes happens when you upload a video to youtube. Occasionally something goes wrong and it won’t show up. Unless there was something in the video that they didn’t want revealed just yet and decided to scrub it.

Video not available – wonder what happened.
I guess he wasn’t so happy with the interview. lol
YouTube: “We’re sorry, this video is no longer available.” Damn, now I really want to see it.
Ha.. I dont really get how so many people doubt your check.. (4 years ago or whatever it was) things were booming …especially adwords and all those contextual ads.. the terms and conditions for those companies were also a bit more lax as well (not saying you bent the rules a bit… but i did).
I remember during the yahoo publisher boom, I made $110,000 in one month just off a funny videos site. I did this by placing thumbs of hot girls next to each link in a medium rectangle ad. Nowadays, things like that can’t be done cause the rules are a bit more strict. But a few years ago, when the web was still young and undeveloped, making big spurts of money were more common.
I still think there are plenty of ways like that to make money on the net that are untapped… you just gotta be creative.
