Inernet Marketing Ninjas

Earlier this year I talked to Jim Boykin at a search conference and he told me bout a program he wanted to do where he would interview several Search Engine Marketing experts throughout the country and put together a pretty sweet DVD series. He also was going to offer various SEO tools (which are pretty nice) all for a annual fee into the ninja training program.

Long story short Jim came to Lincoln Nebraska and interviewed me. I think we did about 7 hours of footage total of which i think about 3 hours made it to the DVD after editing.

Others on the series include Aaron Wall (SEOBook), Andy Beal (Marketing Pilgrim), Bill Slawski (SEO by the Sea), Jim Gilbert (KeyRelevance), Cameron Olthuis, Neil Patel (ACS), Jill Whalen (HighRankings), Jim Boykin (We Build Pages), Christine Churchill (KeyRelevance), Lee Odden (TopRank), Todd Malicoat (Stuntdubl), and others!

There is over 15 hours of content on this series of videos. Pretty good stuff.

If you would like more information about the product check it out on the internet marketing ninjas website

Damn! I would love to have access to those videos but I can’t afford almost 3000us. You should make like a contest and one access :P
Or… they should make monthly subscriptions.. Buaaa, I really want to have access.

I remember reading about it, I thought the training was in New York for some reason. It is cool that is coming out on DVD. You might condsider doing the same thing with the Elite Retreat sessions. It would give us another option to learn a lot, if we cannot travel to the retreat itself.

I get that a lot about the elite retreat. The thing is its not like a “listen to us we are so smart”. The elite retreat is more a lets sit down and give you ways to make your business better. We do talk about tips and techniques but its very much catered to what you are doing… along with follow up ;)

Let see if even this post will light a flame (like everywhere else i read about it) about this service being overpriced or not (i don’t think so but just from the preview it’s hard to tell)

3K right off the bat is a little steep unless Jim can get it to Omniture like tools. Any chances of getting preview chapters of the video?

But I thought you weren’t a SEO :D

I am so not a SEO. I have never taken money for SEO services. I do not like to be labeled a SEO.

But for whatever reason I always get included in the “seo” circle.

I think I am going to do a follow up post on this. I just wanted to get it out that it was available.

On average I spend 1500-2500 per conference I attend. And I do not make it to most of the sessions. Plus lets be honest… most of the time I am getting wasted until the weee hours and sleeping till noon.

Bottom line is… you could goto every conference and listen to speakers for the next 2 years and you would not get close to as much as what is on these dvds…. then throw in all the free tools and networking communty…

I just see a big opportunity there.

This is a horrible question, but I assume this is better than a $50 ebook? Is there a walkthrough on how to recoup the money? If shoe is not seo and this is a … i am just confused.

Others on the series include [...] Jim Boykin (We Build Pages)

For some reason that confused me.

I now have images of Jim interviewing himself. Weird.

It would make a decent special feature though. Speaking of which I hope there are out-takes.

Yey. Looking to that contest. I seriously can’t afford to shell out that much cash for now.

I want to buy but not at $3k. Maybe at $300 a month ($3.6k a year) which has to be paid in full over the year so as to stop people buying for just the month.

Wow this is a great resource! And thanks for allowing yourself to be interviewed for this video. I’ll definitely check it out!

HOW MUCH?!??>!!?!

Seriously, is there a money back guarantee? I would hate for any unsuspecting newbies to be conned out of their money. For someone to earn back the 2995 quickly on the internet is not as easy as many would suggest.

I would rather invest $3k in buying ads!

P.S. I assume that is a cloaked affiliate link, would be interested to know if you get any conversions.

I agree with others, the price is too steep for most. Monthly payments or a monthly membership system would be a much better way to market this, in my opinion. I’d definitely be interested!

If you hired and outside SEO expert on a contract it would be much more. Unfortunately that isn’t (IMHO) the right client for the offer. This seems geared for the Adsense/Blog crowd. From an ROI sense you have to be doing $60k+ a year to justify it.
