That looks really cool especially the custom ansi scrolling boards, it’s a shame I’m thousands of miles away.

I love Ansi and Ascii art, I still have fond memories of printing out huge ascii posters to a dot matrix printer with my C64. In fact it inspired my latest site which turns any image into a PDF poster made up of only Ascii characters.

Hope the plug isn’t out of line but it’s not often an Ascii Poster maker is a relevant link.

Ahh, I remember the good old ascii art days, and printing out reams of the dot matrix paper with the holes on the sides.

Thanks for the tip, Shoe. I’ll have to check that one out. Nothin’ like a little retro Ansi art to bring you back to those simpler days.

    Kevin Olson = Lord Jazz???

He was probably my favorite artist back in the day. ACid was a very talented crew.

Sorry about the mass spamming above! The comment box was throwing an error but apparently adding my comment anyway.

very cool link. used to hang out with lordjazz way back in high school. very cool to see the work he did still getting props. He did some nice ansi drawings for me back in the day for my bbs.

It’s like 30 minutes away from me so I might check it out. Seems like a neat idea.

The art is cool. It would be more interesting if you moved to the Bay Area. I think you would fit in there pretty good although you might have to have a smaller house, the weather is almost perfect and there are plenty of things to do.

Also when you buy things online, California is towards the top of the drop down menu for state, so it really saves a lot of time.

no kevin is not lord jazz… c. lewis is lord jazz.
