I’m also waiting to see this one.
I recently read Will Smith told the ending of the movie, so I did my very best not to click the link :)

Please let me know if it’s worth looking :)

Yeah, I can’t wait for this movie either… I’ll be waiting for a shoe-review with baited breath Jeremy. :)

It looks really good. I might check it out tonight.

What I’m most looking forward to is ‘Walk Hard’ next Friday though.

Will Smith has just been on the Jonathan Ross show here in the UK talking about the film. Certainly looks interesting. The clip I saw left him hanging 5ft in the air with only a dog to help him get down. Should be interesting . . .

I like Will Smith but I miss DJ Jazzy Jeffy and the Fresh Prince!!!

Walk Hard seems like one of those movies where all of the actual funny parts are in the trailer. I don’t have high expectations for it. But it may prove me wrong. As for I Am Legend, I do actually want to see this one.

I haven’t seen any clips of this movie but look forward to seeing it. I hate watching trailers. I prefer to go into a movie without having seen a single scene. Tivo really helps with that.

Same with me man. I wish I would have never seen this trailer. Some of the best movies I have seen I went in knowing absolutely nothing about.

I liked the movie. Will Smith is definitely an amazing actor and considering the movie he has a ton of screen time to show off his talent. Did anyone here go see it in IMAX? They had a 5-6 minute clip from The Dark Knight. It was pretty damn good too!

That movie was PACKED when we went tonight. Since my wife calls the shots, we opted for August Rush…a movie that i knew nothng about going into. Had i heard what it was about, I would’ve argued, but i have to say…..it was REALLY good. I highly recommend the movie.

Saw it at midnight when it came out. Other than some lame CGI effects, the movie was 10/10.

23 Pete December 15, 2007 at 1:25 am

Huge disappointment. It’s 10 minutes of vampires + castaway without being interesting. I was pretty bored for the majority of the movie.

I actually just saw it just an hour ago! I really don’t want to get into details, so you (and others) will just have to watch and see. :)

It was really good, suspenseful without a doubt. Although they kind of rushed the ending I thought. Definitely worth going to see!

My wife and I went to see it and the tickets had almost sold out by time we arrived 30 minutes early. Of course, 10 seats left means 10 single seats, splitting us up, so we opted for tomorrow night. How was it?

Don’t watch it with your wife if she is easily startled. I watched it with my mother and she made it 15x worse than it had to be. Everytime you got the feeling that something was going to happen she would tense up and make me tense up as well. It was a pretty good movie, but was fairly depressing and physical and emotionally draining. But maybe that was just because my mom was with me.

The Dark Knight trailer is also awesome. :)

I watched it with my wife. It was a good movie but there are a lot of long, silent moments so make sure you don’t see it at a time and/or theater where a bunch of white, suburbinite, teenage brats hang out. Every time there was silence in the movie all I heard was texting, chattering, laughing, and people talking on their cell phones. The kid behind me let his ring three times. Once I can understand. Maybe a mistake. But if that phone rang one more time I was going to turn around, grab it out of his hands and snap the fkn thing in half.

Good movie though.

I typically only go to see a movie at the theater once or twice a year and I think I Am Legend is one I will go see before it comes out on DVD. Will Smith is definitely great and it appears from the trailer that his role is similar to Tom Hanks in Cast Away… takes a great actor to play a role like that.

Ironically, I’m watching The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air right now on Nick @ Nite:)

I was going to see “I Am Legend” – but the reviews haven’t been too great for it, and most of them contained spoilers (grrr) – I’ll probably just rent it on DVD when it’s out.

Alright, I have to say that I was originally going to comment on the whole Yahoo! issue but got sidetracked by the “I am Legend” post instead. I’m actually hoping to have time to watch that movie in the theaters. I learned it was actually based on a sci-fi novel and that there are 3 movie versions of it already. Same main character name but the background story differs depending on world status. Check out this short review at http://www.froodee.com/announcements/a-legend-is-coming/

Saw it last night…didn’t care for it. It was really pretty lame. It was kind of shallow, never really very funny or suspenseful, though I think it tried to be both at times.

Hello People! Just wanted to tell you that I got tickets to the Rush concert on May 29. In this webpage you can find tickets for other dates too. It’s awesome Rush and his band performance, this is my fourth time and I’m still so excited about listening him live! On this page you can see the section where you’re buying the ticket, so it’s very recommended! Rush 2 get ‘em!
