Blog Metrics for wordpress by Joost de Valk

Posted on: December 13th, 2007 by Jeremy Schoemaker

Joost de Valk pinged me this morning about a new plugin he wrote called blog metrics. I really like it. It gives you some great stats about your site.

Looking at these stats you can see Rebecca Kelley and Neal Patel both out comment bait me !

I will let it speak for itself: (click on images for full image)

Wicked plug in. Will try it out. I like the word count. Cab keep track if certain articles actually pay off with more text.

Yes, they may write to our comment you, but then you get one in like the “Who should I Vote For” yesterday that gets 185 comments in less than 24 hours. That might bring up your total for the month.

    December 13, 2007 at 1:44 pm

    Wow. Dillsmack outranks you too

I can’t believe you have a 31 comments-per-post average. Then again, it’s a weighted average taking into account all the early posts that probably had much fewer comments.

Would be interesting if Joost de Valk adds a median score.
