Quick Update & Happy Thanksgiving

by Jeremy Schoemaker on November 21, 2007 · 41 comments

First I want to say thanks to all the people who responded yesterday to my post about my prk laser surgery. All the people who have gone through the procedure really help re-assure me I am doing the right thing and am on track. I had the clear contact bandage removed yesterday and my vision is pretty awesome now on the eye I had done. I am having the left eye done on Monday and am pretty excited about it.

Also happy Thanks Giving!

I have much to be thankful for. Old post but still true and also my daughter now ;)

My girlfriend recently had PRK surgery done (about 3 months ago) and still isn’t fully recovered. She’s had a lot of bad days, and driving at night still scares her. They’ve recently upped her steroid dosage though so we’re hopeful (she is still seeing a LOT better than before, it’s just hazy.halo.blurry now.
