Thanks Jeremy! For the record, the public version of Synthasite differs from the Pre-Beta version in the YouTube video - Jeremy got a sneak preview - we only go live in Beta on the 5th of November!

Nothing original that I can see (sorry). That said, I like his style. He seems to have an easy, engaging presence.. that always impresses me
I’d like to know what his particular value proposition is, why his offering stands out from others. Being in alpha/beta, I’ll bet he has some surprises in line.. where’s the KPOW !

It is not a brand new site, is in online since July 2004 and it has a google page rank of 6 due to the 2500 back links.

Vinny is a pretty smart guy, but I have seen this for awhile, and the site still does not make sense. What is the point? Where is the monetization? If I can use Synthasite, why would I not use something else. I don’t get it.

Just signed up. Even for somebody who has been developing for almost 8 years… If you are going to spend the time to use this product, I recommend just learning how to make your own sites from scratch.
Too many people these days are wasting their time learning these other hyped up programs like Dreamweaver and such, when they could spend the same amount of time to learn how to build their own site the real way.
The design, layout, and overall concept is nice. It just needs a little more work. In this case… I have a feeling this site will be relying most on it’s “sexy” 2.0 layout to pull in users.

That’s a great idea! So they will host the site and provide the sub domain along with the ease of creating a custom looking site. This does resemble sites like blogger but with more features and tools to create a nice site.
