I think it's pretty stupid they slap Al Gore's son with $20K bail on some lightweight charges like this. As a resident of Florida, with a circuit court judge in my immediate family, there are people who get out on far less bail for more serious crimes than posession. LOL, marajuana posession is not a crime in Canada and most of Europe. The US is just anal because of all the religious right dopes who want to control everything we say, think or do. Not only that, it is a well known fact Anheuser-Busch has high paid lobbyists in Washington who work hard to keep cannabis a scheduled drug (see norml.org) FYI, Valium, Xanax, Adderall are all commonly co-prescribed drugs for people with anxiety and/or ADHD. Every other software developer I ever worked with was in Adderall. Not sure about the Vicodin and Soma, those are painkillers, usually prescribed to females who have chronic meunstral pain... And gimme a break, GWB was popped for a DUI and once for cocaine posession (see thesmokinggun website) but his daddy cleared it up and he became president, ole Dickie the "president of vice" was popped twice for DUI when he lived in Wyoming. Hey, maybe this is a sign tha that Al Gore Jr is on his way to being president some day... and for the record, Rush Limbaugh was released on $3000 for his oxycoton bust and Noelle Bush (Jeb Bush's daughter) was released to a treatment center with no bail for forging Xanax prescriptions where she was caught with cocaine Gov.
