Earlier this week I was thinking I was not going to be able to do free shirt friday =(. I had not gotten any free shirts for a while… Well low and behold this week I got a box from my awesome friends at eBay!!! When I opened it up it had a sweet black “Whatever it is” shirt, a gray shirt (which looks great with muscles – see below) , a nice blue spring jacket and some pens and even a deck of cards!!!

I sent him the shirt last week for branding, but the link was nice, too. Not that we’ve really noticed much of an upturn in traffic, but marketing is all about continually doing something to increase awareness and build your brand.

Yeah, i was going to suggest doing a fitness site if you aren’t already. Of course, it’s not like you don’t have one or two other things on your plate at the moment though.
I got a free Yahoo tshirt about 8 years ago when I did a job for them in London. No I loved that tshirt and the muppet decided to throw it over the balcony of our apartment in Spain. I was going to throw here over to get it
Huh. This free shirt Friday thing just clicked with me. Great way to get swag and give some love. You get free stuff and traffic. The T-shirt giver gets added exposure. If you figure the cost of the T-shirts with the page views of the post I bet it is a great deal for the giver.

The eBay folks are probably looking for friends right now. After the have been pushing the crap out of direct link PPC to them for years, they banned it. I suppose that and the fact that they are raising commissions otherwise only helps AuctionAds though.

I’ve got a friend who’s recently dropped about 125 lbs. When one of his friends saw him for the first time in 6 months (after the initial shock of course) he says “You may have lost a mess of weight, but you’ve still got a big man’s head.”
I’ve heard that getting that extra stuff removed is healthier for you because it’s weight you aren’t really “supposed” to have now that you’ve shrunk. So it wouldn’t just be a vanity thing… though this has been debated on your other post.
