They sucker you in with very low domain fees. They jack them up the following year and if you try to transfer your domain, you have to pay a $50 domain ransom fee. You have no recourse but to either pay to renew the domain or pay $50 for the EPP transfer codes. The wording of their contract states that the $50 is for early termination. Unfortunately for customers they consider one second before expiration as early termination. Do a search on registryweb.com reviews and you will see that they have other victims. You are 100% correct. The management, especially Larry Kutcher the CEO and Roni (in charge of product development) his little lap dog are very unethical. The company is a sinking ship. Transfer anything you have to godaddy or a trusted registrar before it is too late.
