Gone Today Gone Tomorrow!

I am just about to get on a plane to go home from Minneapolis where I have been helping dillsmack setup our new AuctionAds datasupercenter. It was a bit painful at times but as we approach 10k users it was a must have upgrade.

Next week I will be at SES NYC from Tuesday until Saturday. I will be giving a presentation titled Contextual Advertising – An alternative view. I have not gotten permission to video tape this one so unless I get explicit permission I will not be having it online like the one I did in Chicago. This panel also has people from both Yahoo and Google as well as the Queen of Contextual Advertising herself Jen Slegg

Also @ SES NYC we will have ultra badass AuctionAds shirts that will be at the Text-Link-Ads booth and only given to those who ask ;) I expect them to go pretty fast.

Later in April I will be headed to Ad:tech San Francisco where I will primarily be promoting AuctionAds.

You should seriously make a seperate blog for all your t-shirts and freebies. Now get on with nice posts about how to make money online!

You should run a little contest over here with AuctionAds t-shirts as prizes.

The hardest part is seperating the linkbait from the snarfbait :)

Speaking of gone today gone tomorrow, I was listening to his podcast and Shoe mentioned the rich jerk and his AS advertising so I decided to do a search on G for Shoemoney to take a look.. Nothin from the poor jerk, but noticed G had hoovered his April fools page.. its gone now, but it was funny at the time.. seems gbot doesn’t care for cookies ;)

Only to those that ask? are you trying to place a barometer on your marketing? That’s a nifty way to do it – as long as people ask for them :-)

10k – that’s not so bad. ;)
At one stage, a site I was working for (not as a tech) was running a 20,000 person database off ACCESS! Surprised it was functional as long as it was.
We moved over to MySQL at that point.
