Ok Technorati We Cool
Posted March 16th, 2007 by Jeremy Schoemaker
Today I got this elite shirt in the mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone knows I am a t-shirt whore:

And on the back it says:

Now I railed Technorati a bit a few months back when I did not get there whole WTF thing but I get it now… its hot… thanks for the shirt!
The fact of the matter is I really do love Technorati and no I am not just saying that cause they sent me a t-shirt.

…or the logo on the front
April 13, 2007 at 3:25 pm
that shirt would be awesome if it didn’t have the url on the back!
April 9, 2007 at 3:02 am
What do we have to do to get one?
April 3, 2007 at 5:14 am
wtf is wtf?
April 1, 2007 at 9:04 pm
At first I thought the whole Technorati T-shirt thing was lame, but I’m coming around since it’s laundry day….
March 28, 2007 at 12:50 pm
I want one now:(
March 27, 2007 at 4:06 pm
that’s awesome, i still don’t get it, do I get a t-shirt now? I’m not a fan of theirs in general because my blog’s ranking there sucks while i’ve been linked by the LA Times and NY Times and have a page rank 5 yet am in the bowels of hell in Technorati land. Bitter? a little bit
I also know none of my posts will make the WTF area
March 27, 2007 at 3:40 pm
Im going to look into the WTF area on Tech, I never heard of it
March 25, 2007 at 5:37 am
Nice t-shirt. It would be better if it said “where’s the fire” on the front though.
March 22, 2007 at 9:23 pm
I visited Technorati and did a search for Shoemoney and noticed no WTF!…so I added one
. I didn’t want you to have WTF shirt but not WTF listing.
March 22, 2007 at 3:17 pm
Agreed, the Wicked Fire works so well because of the nature of its members
March 22, 2007 at 9:06 am
I must agree with that. There is a similarity with wickedfire
March 22, 2007 at 2:08 am
Man you have a weird shaped head.
You remind of of the Film the cone heads
March 21, 2007 at 11:04 am
You gotta check it out man, they have been there for a pretty long while now.
March 21, 2007 at 10:40 am
Heyyyyy shoe,
Today you went to 48th….. on Technorati …. ???
March 20, 2007 at 9:40 pm
You look like Phil Stacey from American Idol
March 20, 2007 at 9:39 pm
Wow!!! It’s a cool shirt, hope i could get one. tell how?
March 20, 2007 at 7:56 pm
wowwwwwwww… a beautiful t-shirt!
March 20, 2007 at 3:22 pm
Nice shirt! How many free shirts do you have now?
March 20, 2007 at 1:40 pm
Wow, that’s an awesome shirt – what’s a girl gotta do??? Be good now!
March 20, 2007 at 12:44 pm
I never heard of the WTF from Technorati, i will check it out
March 20, 2007 at 9:01 am
Glad you got sent a shirt, looks cool. Technoratis marketing still sucked though since most people watching TV during the times their ads were on probably have no idea what Technorati is anyway.
March 19, 2007 at 11:51 pm
I gotta ask, what self respecting man isn’t a t-shirt whore these days? I was a fridge whore when my Google fridge came last year; man has that gotten some quality use…
March 19, 2007 at 8:34 pm
I want that shirt!:) hehehehe, nice though
March 19, 2007 at 7:45 pm
Matt, you would have skin like that too if you lost half your bodyweight!
March 19, 2007 at 5:57 pm
True, but it is much more suited for the general public.
March 19, 2007 at 4:15 pm
nice tee!…lol
March 19, 2007 at 3:43 pm
I have a totally unrelated question about the $500,000 Azoogle check. It says that it was photographed but it doesnt look like it — in the car reflection you can not see the check, only the blue shirt with the empty hands. Some Photoshop work?
March 19, 2007 at 3:05 pm
Matt, you’re hilarious. Taboo!
March 19, 2007 at 3:04 pm
Its an OK way to get some traffic to your blog.. but I think forums are actually more easy to use and fun..
March 19, 2007 at 2:05 pm
Heh. WTF is the deal with WTF?
March 19, 2007 at 12:05 pm
its too cool shoe…
March 19, 2007 at 11:55 am
Looks cool on you…..
but
Terrific on me….
So send it to me…. but i love shoemoney brand… so send it to me rather than this one….
March 19, 2007 at 11:40 am
Shoe,
Really you have to do something with your appearance man..Its nice to get checks from Google. But you need not grow that gobble gobble under your neck any further..Since google started useing the Quality Score Seriously ya startin to look like some scary cartoon turkey guy lol ..and Who dresses you? Stevie Wonder..you need a makeover..dude you report some kewl industry stuff but you look like ole Tom Turky…lol
March 19, 2007 at 9:41 am
I have to admit, I *still* don’t see the point of WTF.
March 19, 2007 at 7:43 am
And by the time you receive the t-shirt, your position in now #47…
Cheers
March 19, 2007 at 4:00 am
A perfect way to market yourself send your T-shirt to famous blogger and it will create hype. I think they send you for advertisment purpose? correct me if i am wrong.
March 19, 2007 at 1:14 am
Not cheap! Opportunity aware. Heck i want one of those t-shirts.
March 19, 2007 at 1:03 am
The design mate, the design.
March 18, 2007 at 9:42 pm
I reckon he should get a Tee & Hat, sign them with a scrawl, (in fact, get a few big names to sig them), then put them to auction on ebay.
He could donate the proceeds to charity, and someone would wind up with a couple of groovy keepsakes..
What do you think Shoe ?
March 18, 2007 at 8:31 pm
Yeah, that acronym sure it catchy. Makes people think.
March 18, 2007 at 8:30 pm
Sweet shirt! I want one.
March 18, 2007 at 6:21 pm
I’m also a huge T-shirt fan, mostly weather and storms T’s, but I’d love one of those Shoemoney T’s.
March 18, 2007 at 1:20 pm
i’m also a t-shirt junkie. Can you sell me your shoemoney t-shirt?i like to have it.
March 18, 2007 at 11:50 am
I like the T-shirt!
March 18, 2007 at 11:49 am
Nice T-shirt!!!
March 18, 2007 at 11:41 am
Excellent idea. You could one up it again by having the affiliates link to that auction specifically w/ their auctionads and have some incentive for the one that generates the lead to the winning bid! Muuahahahah!
March 18, 2007 at 11:06 am
It’s flopping… or flopped?
March 18, 2007 at 11:05 am
Nope, it just seemed “BLAH”.
March 18, 2007 at 11:04 am
Huh?
March 18, 2007 at 10:31 am
Haha you should hook me up for one of those t-shirts! Anyways congratulations!
March 18, 2007 at 9:50 am
i throw all logo and other goofy design printed tee’s in the trash where they belong.
March 18, 2007 at 9:42 am
Yup.. its a good tactic but I think this time Technorati just meant it as a nice gesture.. Technorati hardly needs a link back or more exposure lol
March 18, 2007 at 8:40 am
actually that tshirt marketing deal is not a bad one. Considering that people usually post on their blogs when they get those tshirts (with a backlink) and considering that you can probably outsource the tshirts for a couple of dollars each, its better than Text Link Ads
March 18, 2007 at 8:15 am
It is pretty dumb, but sometimes that’s what it takes to get a cool acronym like WTF.
March 18, 2007 at 5:40 am
Well, they are getting better all the time. Nobody does it perfect in the first shot.
March 18, 2007 at 2:57 am
WTF?!..i mean sweet.
March 18, 2007 at 2:53 am
Wicked! Anyone send me a shirt and I would be sure to grab it up.
March 17, 2007 at 10:26 pm
Sweet man nice Tee. Its hard not to like a cool frebie!
March 17, 2007 at 6:51 pm
In agreement here.
It just sounds so ‘politically correct.’
Ughh..
March 17, 2007 at 6:11 pm
I’m sure the WTF thing is wonderful, but all I get right now is:
‘Where’s the fire? Somewhere in our service, evidently. Watch for smoke and try back again later.’
WTF ??.. (Shoe your blog is too popular)
March 17, 2007 at 6:05 pm
Weeeee !
I been trying to get a SHOEMONEY HAT AND TEE from you for AGES !!
Here in oz we miss out on most conferences etc, so I never get a chance to ask in person.. and I’m a T whore too !!!
You’re just teasing me arent you !??
Damn, Damn, Damn !!!
March 17, 2007 at 3:21 pm
Dude, I want a shirt!!
March 17, 2007 at 2:09 pm
hey! not a bad idea plus it will give me another chance to plug auctionads!
March 17, 2007 at 2:05 pm
Yeah.. if I had to choose between WTF, Wicked Fire and Black Label.. I’ll definitely pick Black Label.. they have some wicked hot shirts.
March 17, 2007 at 2:03 pm
Yup.. “Where’s the Fire” is a REALLY dumb name though.
March 17, 2007 at 1:57 pm
I got the same impression. I just don’t get a lot out of it.
March 17, 2007 at 1:57 pm
The shirt is awesome. Now you should ask for a second and auction it off for a good cause.
March 17, 2007 at 12:09 pm
Good job man, wish I had that shirt
March 17, 2007 at 11:43 am
I’m going to make some t-shirts and send you one shoe!
March 17, 2007 at 11:03 am
It’s Technorati’s Digg-like service for blogs called “Where’s the Fire?”
March 17, 2007 at 9:56 am
The only time I have clicked on WTF and actually seen something was on Shoemoney’s technorati page. Nice shirt.
March 17, 2007 at 9:30 am
jup nice shirt .. i luv shirts too .. like to wear famous brands on my body
March 17, 2007 at 9:30 am
so whats up with the whole wtf thing?
March 17, 2007 at 8:55 am
Some people hate the WTF thing and want them to change the name, but WTF is perfect! Oh, nice t-shirt, BTW. :p
March 17, 2007 at 8:36 am
I tried to click on your shirt but it wouldn’t let me bookmark? What gives?
March 17, 2007 at 8:33 am
It’s amazing what some t-shirt shwag can do huh?
March 17, 2007 at 8:33 am
Nope
A t-shirt might change my mind though…
March 17, 2007 at 8:05 am
To me it sounds that WTF is hot because of the Tshirt
Who use it anyway?
March 17, 2007 at 4:47 am
BTW, anyone actually using that WTF stuff? I used it like in the first day to test it out, and seemed a waste of time
March 17, 2007 at 4:46 am
haha yeah it does indeed, the wickedfire one looks much better though
March 17, 2007 at 3:20 am
Oh yeah! That’s right, work it baby!
Errr…
What I meant to say was nice shirt Shoe, lookin’ nifty.
March 17, 2007 at 1:37 am
I wish technorati will send me a shirt like that too even just for remembrance. I love it.
March 16, 2007 at 11:36 pm
I prefer the Wicked Fire logo. The Technorati one reminds me of late 90s skateboard designs.. ala Black Label skates.
March 16, 2007 at 11:32 pm
It reminds me of the AudioSlave logo .. Chris Cornell = Awesome.
March 16, 2007 at 11:11 pm
Nice shirt. Looking cool as well. *grins. Wish I had one of those too!
March 16, 2007 at 10:31 pm
Half of one heh.
March 16, 2007 at 10:15 pm
God you really are cheap Shoe
March 16, 2007 at 9:22 pm
WTF, nice shirt Shoe! It’s always cool to score a new shirt and one day I will hit the jackpot and score myself a ShoeMoney shirt.
March 16, 2007 at 9:00 pm
Looks a bit like an early draft of the WickedFire logo.
