One thing you forgot to add, Shoemoney is that it only works for established/popular sites.

This model will not work for a 1 month old site.</description>

		<description>I agree.  When I ran a paid forum, $15 every six months worked wonders. It&#039;s not expensive and people are a lot more willing to pay that amount.</description>
