Its not Like I am Nostradamus or anything but it only took 3 days for 1 of my 10 predicitons of 2007 to come true.
Yahoo has purchased MyBlogLog for 10 million dollars. Congrats to Eric, Scott and the rest of my friends over at MyBlogLog. You guys built a kickass site/widget and got a sweeeet ass payoff! Drinks on you (for life).
So which of the rest of the 9 do you think is next to come true? Maybe we will have a special prize if you can guess it.

“Congrats to Eric, Scott and the rest of my friends over at MyBlogLog.”
I do see the word ‘friends’ in there Shoe, and if you mentioned Yahoo you may have spoiled the party for your ‘friends’.

I doubt there is going to be much change on this for this year. except if you provide “invalid click” reports you will get a refund. until enough people start submitting reports it won’t get much attention.
January 9, 2007 at 6:31 pm
As a side.. you should make one of those ’spot the differences’ composites and hold a competition..
Lookin forward to the pod of this weeks show
January 9, 2007 at 6:29 pm
I know what the next one will be..
I FINALLY get me one of them there Shoemoney Ts.
Oh and leave nostradamus alone. He was ugly enough already
January 9, 2007 at 4:01 pm
Yeah this one came true the fastest:
6) The search engines will continue to just refund people for “invalid clicks and keep making a ton of money from click fraud.
although i think something big is going to happen in this department later this year

well if you count that it was on techcrunch 2 months ago that Yahoo was looking to buy them then I guess I had some info. Not sure on how inside it was lol..
I actually thought it would not be Yahoo otherwise I would have said Yahoo specifically in my prediction
January 9, 2007 at 3:34 pm
wow shoe you have inside contacts at yahoo that tell you what they are buying?? lol@ GADOOD
January 9, 2007 at 3:25 pm
This is shoemoney.com, not the stock market.
January 9, 2007 at 2:55 pm
Not difficult to predict when you have inside knowledge is it? Sheesh.

Very cool! Congrats to them! File that under, “Cool idea that seems so obvious, yet I didn’t think of it.”
Still waiting to hear about your new stuff, Jeremy! Waiting, waiting… (not nice to keep a girl waiting!)

January 9, 2007 at 12:44 pm
I hope they at least integrate mybloglog as a default into Y! 360, Y! Personals, and similar complimentary products. Otherwise, just more peanut butter.

Awesome, Shoe. Love the pic.
January 9, 2007 at 11:28 am
We are already 9 days into 2007 so predictions 6 and 9 have already come true as well right?
Besides those #8 has got to be my prediction for the next of your predictions to come true.
January 9, 2007 at 11:25 am
I am glad Yahoo picked them up.
January 9, 2007 at 11:23 am
I don’t think the GoogleOS will be this year. I totally agree it’s in the pipeline, but I think Google has a lot of “half baked” products and they changed their attitude recently on the “sling it and see what sticks” approach to new products. An OS would have to be damn good to make people adapt from their current OS.
January 9, 2007 at 11:18 am
Good call! I didn’t see that one coming.
January 9, 2007 at 11:16 am
OMG that picture is hilarious. Who made that?
January 9, 2007 at 11:14 am
My vote is on the Ask monster, I never really understood just how shady those guys are looking :\
January 9, 2007 at 10:56 am
Shoe I think your prediction of the Google computer/OS is right on. I was at the Googleplex not to long ago and they already have the GoogleOS (ubuntu on crack) running.
