Arrogant Or Honest - Either way I think Maxbounty sucks ;)
I speak my mind a lot on forums and so fourth based on experiences I or close friends have had with companies or products. Recently on digitalpoint there was someone talking about Maxbounty and I said I thought they sucked. This was mostly based on a close friend who spent a lot on ppc to drive traffic to them but at the end of the month Maxbounty did not pay up. Whats interesting is a representative from Maxbounty comes into the thread and gives a big company line lalalalal …… I said in the thread if they release me from legal repercussions I would be happy to post the exact stats and correspondence of what happened to my friend. Anyway they would not give me permission to post what happened so…
It also pissed me off a bit that it was in an AzoogleAds thread. Not specifically that it was about AzoogleAds but I just hate thread crappers. Especially when they offer nothing of value. Yes I work with AzoogleAds on many offers but I also think I have been one of their most outspoken critics.
Its just weird… I try to speak bluntly and honestly from my experiences. I’ve always been outspoken and critical. Its just me

Men and Women lie but the numbers don’t. In this case it’s obvious that the numbers don’t lie because he never got his money. I also point my friends away from Maxbounty. Largely because of the stories I have heard and the fact that many of their offers go thru Azoogle anyway.

Well, I’m glad you did. I was reading the post over at DP. It’s important that any criticism not be swept under the carpet. People are signing up to companies like this and they should have a choice and get all the facts. Most companies I use and most products I purchase are a direct result of reviews I read online and in forums. At the end of the day, it’s up to me to weigh up the facts and make my choice.
I have gone with companies in the past that people did not recommend. It was because they made mistakes that were made public and they fessed up. Unlike what MB are doing.
If you have something bad to say when it comes to someones business and time being wasted, it’s important to speak up.

Dude, YOU were the one replying in the azoogle thread and posted about MB… Someone only said that they have an high paying ringtone offer… And all the MB founder did was replying to your diss. And he even told you he won’t discuss it in public (what i think is legitime in any way you look at it) but you can send him all details. Really, you should tell how it is and not only the way you feel about it. I was in this thread too, so i know what happened… The guy first mentioned MB even removed his sig, only because you you told him to fuck up. Poor dude, really. Thought you are someone straight, but not like this.

Actually, I wouldn’t call myself a fan by any stretch, but I’ve notice your press blitz this last 6 months for sure and it’s mainly been positive. However, lately with your new critics (Wicked Fire John http://www.aojon.com basically ripping into you) and now this with Max Bounty, I’m a little confused on what to think.
In the thread, the Max Bounty rep clearly requested that you send him the details via email and he’ll look into it. He also stated rather clearly that if you friend was sending traffic in direct violation of the terms that they were most likely booted.
Why not send him the details ? If he doesn’t look into and specifically give you the reason they were booted or make good on the leads your friend produced, then it’s fair game.
I think you are generally a good guy Shoe, fuck though.

I’ve had real trouble trying to chase down Azoogle for any payments at all :-/ So I guess every company has their critics depending on the kind of service you receive….

While you are entitled to your opinion of Maxbounty or another network(hence why your blog is so popular). I do hate to hear that you make claims about companies based on what your friends have experienced. IF i didn’t try affiliates that a friend either had bad experience or a friend had an issue with them then i would not be making the money i am. I use many networks, I don’t stick to just one due to fact some have offers while others don’t and some are more willing to give me higher payouts. But MY OPINION is that Maxbounty is a legit CPA Network I have always received on time payment and i have some sites that wouldn’t be making the money they do IF it wasn’t for Maxbounty as other networks don’t have the offers. (Same goes for Azoogle, Hydra, CPA Empire Etc..)While you are entitled to your opinion I do not feel it is honest to make claims on a company without fully trying it yourself (maybe you have but you make no mention of it).

Why are you people rejecting the friends experience retold here? If Shoe has the experience and tells you the blog reader about it, you consider it legit. If he tells me about the same experience and I tell it to you, the legit story becomes illegit? It’s the same story so it carries the same legitimacy.
So if Shoe’s friend has a legitimate experience and passes it to you through Shoe, it’s just as legit. In fact it may have more legitimacy as the story has been considered by a person with some level expertise in the field and was found to be worth posting.

Do you suggest he waste money on companies his TRUSTWORTHY friends claim to have been NOT very trustworthy?
I agree with Shoemoney taking sides of a friend, rather than a Company whom he knows only the bad about. Now making it public on HIS BLOG creates his own form of “buyer beware” warnings to anyone else.
I’m just not sure why you suggest this man takes a risk on a Company when he only hears negative about it? There’s reasons who some people make money and others lose it.
I applaud anyone for giving their opinions of companies their friends (again, who they have built a trusting relationship with) have had bad dealings with.

You both don’t get the point, the point is that shoe posted on DP in the azoogle forum first, then posts here and make it look like the founder of MB was the one that started posting about MB in this thread.
On his own blog he can post what he wants, but if it is not the whole truth, i dont see the benefit you shoemoney lemmings have… I like him because he is straight, but i cant have it if people try to make others look bad if their own behaviour wasnt 100% correct. Thats it.

Actually, what i meant is that shoe started to mention and flame MB BEFORE jpsauve (the mb founder) entered the thread and defended his company against what shoe said, and now shoe talks like “it was an azoogle thread, that’s what pisses me off”. But he was the one started with it, sure, read the thread again ;o) Whatever, i say what i think too, but if he tells ppl to back up their statements and didn’t do it himself, it’s not what i expected.
