$5000 in Free Microsoft Adcenter Coupons

38 responses..

Well I was really surprised to get a message from Microsoft Adcenter this morning that they have minted 100 coupons for 50$ in credits for Microsoft Adcenter.

On Friday morning we will give out the code for 50 of them then on next tuesday during the radio show we will give out 50 more!

These are shoemoney exclusive codes. Good luck to the 50 who will swipe them up on Friday morning!

Hey Shoe, just to give you some feed, last time I used a promo code on Yahoo I got problems. During the registration process it confirmed that I would receive an extra $100. After 1 week, however, the $100 were not there. I called the customer care and they said there was a bug on the promo code and that they would not be able to honor the credit. That is pretty crap, think twice before doing shit you Yahoo, even because I needed to spend money to open my account.

Yahoo screwed me on the promo credit too - my 3 accounts should have gotten a total of $498 in PPC credit, they’ve given us nothing so far.

Overall I am pretty disappointed with Yahoo PPC anyway..

Thats really cool of them but I really wish they would use that money to rebuild their interface. I’ve had the misfortune of using it lately and thats the nastiest piece of code I’ve every laid eyes on. Don’t hit the back button!

Yay… $50. That’s enough for… 2 hours worth of ads? Then again, this is MSN / Live, so it’ll probably take 2 months to spend that much. Anyway, $50 isn’t enough to get me excited, but it’s a nice gesture from them. Even $500 wouldn’t be overly exciting… of course, I’m not usually spending my own money for ads, and I suppose that helps.

Sweet! Hopefully it is like the Minty06 code that was for existing users. I am so digging MSN lately. The traffic is absolutlely gold. I wish they would let me spend 10k a day!

Really? Let’s see…I can take the $50, turn it into $250 in a few hours, and pay for a night of drinks at Pubcon.

Good point, don’t take the coupon. Thats one more for me.

Innovation - The same thing happened to me with that $100 Yahoo coupon. I emailed Yahoo and they said they wouldn’t honor the $100 coupon, but they did credit my account $50.

That sounds like a hell of a deal! Thanks Shoe! I’ll be listening!

When and how will you be giving them away? I’d like to know cause im getting up at 7am…:) Will it be on the forums, or just random blog comment pics?

    LazyD Says:

Definitely a good thing. For anyone that doesnt know MSN adCenter is actually competing well with adSense, you may get a lower number of impressions, but they(Shoe) say that Click Through and Conversions tend to be higher. Depending on the market the Cost Per Clicks tend to be alot lower as well…

Really… I’m not that excited. I got the $50, but I do PPC for a retail site I work for, meaning I can make a lot of money for the company from it, but not for myself. I think that’s where my excitement gets lost.
