A while back I told you guys I was called by a producer for a show on ABC called 20/20 because they wanted permission to use footage and excerpts from this post to use on 10/13 show (this friday night).
They now have published what the show is going to be about so I guess its ok to talk about it. The producer told me it was about people who are taking customer service into there own hands and blogging/video’in it.
She said they were really interested in my best buy video and she asked me a bunch of questions about it. Will it be on this friday nights 20/20 ?!? I honestly do no know. She could not tell me for sure a month ago when I talked to her and I have no had any contact since. I guess we will see but dont hold your breath!
You can see info about the show on the top right corner of this page

Fight the power man. Looks like that helicopter crash may silence your message though
Congrats Shoe! Reminds me of Matt Lauer talking with Vincent Farrai when he recorded canceling his account with AOL.

[...] Be sure to watch 20/20 on ABC Friday Night, Shoemoney might be on it.. [...]
I just watched the video.. thats perfect, just want i would expect from Bestbuy… i gave you a plug on my blog.
I just watched the 20/20 and didn’t see you Shoe!!! Guess that spot didn’t make the cut.
My wife and I were both watching.
Better luck next time.
I watched it too. I think there was a very quick flash at the end there. It was like .65 seconds, just flashing through pages, but not 100% positive it was there, but it looked like it.
That sucks!
I just went through on Tivo and it looks like you got snubbed. I didn’t slo-mo the end, so Patrick could still be right. It’s too bad - because your video was right on topic - and the intro would have made for good footage. The superman routine was classic!
