I was going to submit my real estate site until I read their terms of service. I think I have a decent site, but I’m not going to take a chance of losing $170 because some guy doesn’t think my site is good enough for their directory.
I dont know of any decent directory that has a refundable “review” fee
Thats the problem. Its pretty risky. I still need lots of time before i submit my site, but they do have a great directory.
It is a good directory but $239.95 one-time review fee seems a little steep.
