ShoeMoney Contest – Most Helpful Blog To Make Money Online

Posted July 9th, 2006 by Jeremy Schoemaker

I am taking nominations for the “Most Helpful Blog” in reguards to making money online.

Please post your nominations here

Basically for the next few weeks we will be taking nominations then we will have a vote.

I was thinking the prizes would be as followed

1st place – $500.00
2nd place – $350.00
3rd place – $150.00
4th place – $100.00
5th place – $50.00

Prizes will be paid out in the form of Amazon Gift certificates or Paypal what ever the winner chooses.

Rules: For nominations I would prefer if people did not nominate company blogs like Mattcutts.com/blog or jeremy.zwadney.com mainly because if they win I dont even think they would accept the prize. Rules reguarding voting will be posted when nominations are complete. However any company blog that states they wish to compete will be accepted.

Good Luck!

Since this is my first time here, I think I will nominate shoemoney.com as the best money making blog. After that maybe I’ll go with Stuntdubl.

    Hello Shoemoney,

I have been following your blog for a while now, and have been learning a lot. I saw your post on the Nigerian you asked to join digital forum and learn, and decided to give that a shot. Unfortunately…here was the response…

    Dear Powerplus,

Unfortunately your registration at Digital Point Forums did not meet our membership
requirements. Therefore your registration was deleted.

    Sorry,
    Digital Point Forums

I’m author of http://www.deoluakinyemi.com is there any reason you can think of why I didn’t meet your membership requirement? Looking forward to your response.

    Regards

Iam also confused when deciding the best blog among so many gr8 blogs which help us in making money. Also all these big blogs are not on the same topic which makes the selections more confusing.
Also how about a Press Release of this contest as the prize money is good, you need to get more attention towards it. :)

I’ve learned a hell of a lot from your blog plus tons of others. So many that I really cannot trust my opinion on what’s been the MOST helpful. Especially since I have come into the industry from the more “traditional” field of writing. I’m very interested in seeing the results from this contest so I will have a more accurate gauge for picking the gems out of the rough of “white noise” that is available out there. I have found that, basically, I can throw a rock (or rather, a search term) and find a blog about SEO. It’s impossible to know what info is good and what info is written by some 16 year old kid that *thinks* it’s good. This should give me and other “n00bs” to the field a good indication of what’s useful and what’s crap.
